Great service and prices. Delivered the car to the airport and picked it up as well. Nice clean car, new, with a screen so you can connect your phone and use the GPS. Never wrong to take pics of the car when you get it. We were very happy with the whole experience with this company. Would rent from them again, if we ever go back to Scotland.

Hired a van from this company as it had the most reasonable prices. The van was new (22 plate), very clean, all checked by the person giving it to me. The customer service was also great - I did not have to wait long for the van, they were friendly in the office and they promptly released the reserved deposit upon return.

Flew from Greece to visit family outside Edinburgh.

I paid a fraction of what was available in most online aggregators. I got a car in pristine condition (a hybrid Hyundai Ioniq). The pickup experience was excellent, with clear, transparent communication with a smile. They were super nice and accommodating and I especially appreciated how they had pre-noted with digital pictures every little scratch or bump the car already had (not that it had many), no matter how small. The drop off was also excellent, quick, accommodating, outside office hours, with no extra cost and no surprises. My deposit for possible damages was returned without any fuss.

10/10. Will definitely use again, if I revisit Scotland.

Hired a van from McNicolls. Great rates and easy online booking process. The van was nearly new and spotless. The team took the time to complete a joint inspection before and after handover and I was sent copies of photos etc. The whole hire was seamless
