We made a mistake with the trains on a Sunday, and called while on the train on our way to Kilwinning. They picked us up even before the agreed time from Kilwinning station and we arrived with plenty of time to Ardrossan to get the ferry to Arran.

We couldn't have made it without them, really pleased with their service, and the couple of recommendations the driver gave us to enjoy Arran 🙂

Don't think they are a reliable service at all. Husband booked a taxi at approximately 5pm for a 7pm pick up. 10 past still no taxi, I called on my mobile but realised it came up as Bannoch Taxis on my phone so queried that I might have the wrong company. Told by a woman that no taxi had been booked for our address. Husband then used redial on house phone and guess what same number, woman adamant we wrote hadn't booked. Blatantly lied, just say you had made a mistake or a better fare had came in..... really disappointing. However we were able to use another local company who we were happy to give our money too.

bobbins service and shambolic attitude of woman on switch ... Never in my days will I phone this sub standard service ... Try a call back service it easier than just not showing up that way can see if you been ? .. Cheers missus had to walk home with a chest infection ....
