Bus driver chased my kid home. Attempted kidnapping He came out the bus and ran after him down our street. Weirdo needs sacked. Nothing was done when the complaint was filed. I hope this company goes bust!!!!!!

Secondly...
The driver in the picture (Alex) is a stereotypical old bald man. Asks women with kids on the bus if they have tellies!! Nothing was done about him either.

Well done McGill's, I definitely feel 100% safe on your buses... 🙄😡

McGill's Scotland East have let us down twice over the last couple of months (using the service weekly). First time the Callander bus at 6 pm from Stirling on a Saturday did not come, then as I gave up and was on my walk back home 20 min later, it came. I waved frantically as was just between two stops, the young female driver saw me but just went past me even though I was running to get to the next stop asap. Then my daughter last Saturday morning was waiting for the X10A at 10.24 from Cowane St. The driver of this service is reported to regularly show up late at the starting point at the bus station, and so he was that morning. He also had the wrong destination displayed ("X10 Balfron" instead of the usual "X10 Glasgow", which confused the girls). She waved but was ignored by the middle-aged male driver, but luckily enough he realised his mistake and turned round to get her again, communicating via mobile with her friend who was on the bus, to agree a suitable pick-up point. He was however very grumpy towards both girls, who were grateful for his effort and apologetic about the inconvenience caused, so ended up quite intimidated by the experience and less confident about using the bus by themselves in future. Not really the kind of public transport service you need or want in the 21st century.

A bus operator that cancels buses without telling anyone the website they point you to is also useless buses cancelled and nothing from them when this happens not happy at all

Have of time bus does not come once I was visiting family in cowie one bus never showed next bus was not in service so ended walking home from cowie to st ninians

I gave them a 5 just because I needed them on a couple of times as my car was getting repaired .And they were always on time and there bus or buses were spotless
