Deeply disappointed by your service on Monday 27th of May 2024. The Balmaha to Alexandria 309 bus schedule for 15:55 from the Balmaha car park (as per the Sunday timetable you adopted on bank holidays) DID NOT show up, leaving myself and other ~30 people waiting for the next bus, which eventually arrived at 17:25. No information was provided on why the earlier run never happened.

Hard to call this a bus service. Pick and choose when they come. Always no drivers/mechanical issues. Always avoid 9am routes. Delete posts on facebook. Bans people who complain and push people to SPT as they dont “have time to hear your issues”

207 service to bonhill....a life line for many.
Service is well run....shame its not on a Sunday....however...drivers are always courteous...helpful......rarely late....if so normally causedby roadworks..

The 118 bus from gartnavel hospital Glasgow. Which runs every hour anyway so not a great service. It did not turn up on 16/7/22 waited from 10pm Saturday nigtht bus did not show had to get a taxi which was not regular either taxi came at 11:45 pm so as a lone female at that time of unight is unacceptable. Waiting at Anniesland cross but bus never showed up . Total shocking service .

Always late if they turn up at all. Never washed. Can’t use Windows most of year. feel like they are dragged through services and work just by small margins. New drivers are constant with what feels like little to 0 experience driving buses. No real responsibility taken from complaints. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately no alternative bus to use.

Please don't imply I am a liar, It is very unprofessional.
I have had to use your bus for almost 2 years now when you were granted the route.
I have made these same concerns available on your Facebook page, also noted about most drivers using headphones or on their phones for majority of journeys.
You have instantly went on the denial without actually looking into anything, The buses are 100% not washed "every night" as I get on the 8am bus and also the 5pm bus so your implying that by the time the bus leaves Dumbarton and reaches Kirkintilloch it has atleast a week worth of dirt that requires scraping to remove? I also can verify leaving litter on the bus remains for days. The time of year has nothing to do with it and its the same generic nonsensical excuses from previous concerns on your Facebook that have turned me to leaving you a terrible review in the first place.

Your bus service still running not great from milngavie.cancelled the 11.49 again,leaving people cluless again.your driver needed his break granted 100%.but something on the website ,be good.a great service when running well but your website needs work😒

Was at a protest today in George Square about fixing potholes and 1 of your buses nearly run over some of the people protesting!absolutely no need for the level of ignorant attitude really nasty little man
