You book a cab in good time and it simply doesn't turn up. No apologies, nothing. You can't talk with anyone either. Great cabbies terrible service via the app...

Booked the cab just after 16:00 for a 17:30 pick the same day. Had an email confirmation of the booking, 17:30 came and went. Using the app I requested an eta to be told no drivers could be found. Had no choice but to Cancel the pick-up and ordered an Uber which was with me in 7mins and £4 cheaper.

Booked a taxi and they didn't turn up, when called they said they'd be 10 minutes after waiting 10 minutes called again to be told will be 10 minutes longer, eventually was picked up 45 mind after original booked time

First driver heading into Billericay last night was absolutely fine, however the driver who took us home made my parter and I completely lose trust with this company. The second driver not only saw fit to be swiping through his phone on his lap while driving, but also excessively sped through various roads (at one point doing almost 50mph on a 30mph limit). Absolutely disgusting (let alone illegal) driving behaviour from what should be a professional driver.
