Quality and comfortable coaches for the day trips all with a courier to look after you and serve you hot and cold drinks. Day trips or tours/holidays are very good value for money. For under £30 you get a return to any of the seaside resorts within 2 hours drive. Its almost the same price for a return to London from Hemel Hempstead. And you get premium comfortable seats, you can eat and drink, and... there are toilets available on board!
Both driver and courier team up to give the clients.the best service possible.
There is an array of amazing destinations within the UK and some trips and short breaks in France, Belgium and Holland.
Definitely something to try!
Pick-up and drop-off from Aylesbury to Hemel Hempstead, through Leighton Buzzard and villages to Tring, Northchurch and Berkhamsted.

Absolutely disgusting company. Went through one-lane woodland stretch. This got them stuck and delayed a vital Ambulance and Rapid Response Vehicle. The fact they were not allowed down there makes it look worse on them. They need to learn to drive.

Booked a coach to collect 50 runners and bring them to a registration site and then on to the race start. Very good communication in finalising the trip arrangements, and on the day punctual, with a helpful and friendly driver. We have used them for several years and have always been pleased with the service provided.

Can't fault Mason's. From contacting them for a quotation right through to the actual booking everything was smooth and efficient. On the day of booking the driver arrived on time with a clean, smart looking coach. Everything onboard worked. Our driver Dave was smart, professional and friendly. We won't bother looking around in the future when we are in need of transport services.

Have been using a competitor for the last 16 years, due to their inability to take us we branched out and used Masons.
I am so glad we did, their driver Dave was superb and nothing was too much trouble.
The bus was kept well presented throughout the trip, despite 33 students being present.
Will definitely repeat our custom.

I was one of the unfortunate people that travelled from Brentford to Manchester City on Saturday, to begin with the drivers were having a disagreement which route to take, two coach drivers wanted to go via the M40, the other wanted to use the M1 unfortunately against our drivers wishes we went on the M1 as coach 1 was the lead coach we had to follow our journey took 7 hours, leaving just after 8pm arriving in Manchester just after 3pm missing kick off. The journey should of taken no more that 5 hours had they taken the right route. The coach didn't have a built-in sat nav they used their own sat navs and mobile phones. The coach was incredibly uncomfortable and hot, no air conditioning the roof vents were opened to get some ventilation in the coach, the seats were very uncomfortable and the seat belts didn't work properly it was that stiff it nearly choked you, we couldn't use them. The coach also lacked power it chugged going up hills, pulling out from junctions and roundabouts was a problem.
We had no sockets to charge our phones/ipads, no wifi nor any other technology you'd expect from a coach today.

Luckily our coach went home via the M40 it was a better journey coming back, but the journey made it a very long uncomfortable day due to the old coach. Leaving at 8am we should of made 3pm kick off which we would of done had we taken the most logical route.
Unlike Dumber & Dumber on coach No1 who came back the same route M1 via Sheffield they arrived 1 hour later than we did.

I must say the driver on coach 2 was nice,(the one employed by masons, the other guy was a joker) that doesn't compensate the long uncomfortable journey.
A train refunds you money if it is delayed or fails to deliver which you clearly did, I doubt we will get any reimbursement

Quite honestly your company shouldn't be using old knackered coaches you are not giving any consideration for the passengers safety comfort and well being.
I would never travel on your coaches again. An absolute shambolic company.

it doesn't matter that our journey coming home was better our day was ruined by incompetence on an old uncomfortable coach and we were late arriving. You missed the point. Also our stop was under 40 minutes rather than an hour as we were so late.

Masons coaches no I will not remove my 1 star rating, you have a nerve asking it's the truth and not use bad language. Your coaches should not be on the roads a working seat belt is part on a mot ours didn't work.
