About a year ago Martin & Co bought out the letting agent I was with for over a decade. Both myself & my Dad have rental properties and have always let via an agent - however the experience with Oliver and Ben at Martin & Co has opened our eyes to a different level of service beyond what I have ever experienced ! - I find Ben and Oliver not only offer efficent management of the properties - but always have the landlords interest above everything else in providing compliant rental accommodation. Recently a flat became vacant and this was let within a week 👍 and the tenant also happens to be the nicest person ever. Finally the advice and guidance gave in terms of the potential forthcoming renters reform bill as been valuable. The Rochdale Branch of Martin and Co, which covers Oldham, I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reputable letting agent

After dealing with the up most - hard work landlord I have ever come across, Ben and his team were amazing! Always stayed in touch with us,helped us and advised us when needed, after they had no choice but to de instruct themselves from the property due to the landlord being inappropriate and not fulfilling his role with the property.
I would 100% recommend them, as they do go above and beyond to support the tenants (even when they are on annual leave)

Currently going through the process of applying for a rental property and it has been a breeze so far - Daisy contacted us as soon as we sent an enquiry, arranged a viewing straight away and helped us apply for the property - she's been so helpful and flexible with our requests.

As a tenant of Martin & Co for the past 7 years I can truly say Ben McEneaney the lettings Manager has been the most valuable part of my tenancy, he is not only an excellent manager he is the most reliable and honest and caring person I have experienced in my stay at my apartment, he goes over and beyond to ensure both the tenant and the landlord are happy, if anything needs to be done he is reliable and efficient with no hesitation, Martin & Co are surely blessed to have him as their lettings Manager, he is definitely a great asset to their company.
