Not Dark Chocolate – More Like a Brick of Sugar

Bought this so-called dark chocolate expecting a rich, smooth experience, but instead, I got a rock-hard, overly sweet slab that belongs in the cooking aisle, not on the shelf with real chocolate. It lacks any depth of flavor or smoothness, making it almost inedible as a treat. For £3.50, this is cheap, nasty chocolate that shouldn't even be marketed as dark chocolate. Save your money and buy something better

Visited yesterday and have been quite a few times in the past. I went specifically for fresh flowers yesterday and they had such a good selection. I got a really beautiful bouquet for a good price. There is plenty of choice of food items and never had an issue with any purchase. The place looked clean and tidy. Self-service tills worked without an issue. Parking straight outside in designated bay, which I required, so was very pleased about that.

Mrs brown, sorry I can't remember your first name was outstanding . Brought a variety of bras to me all were beautiful quality and she checked individually that they fit perfectly . Great advice from a very professional lovely lady . I can't thank you enough , a credit to the store totally

We used to love coming to Marks and Spencer café but this is the last time we will. They have significantly reduced the food menu so there isn't a lot of fish or vegetarian options. We were allocated the tiniest table for two, obviously to fit more people in the café, it wasn't an enjoyable experience. Pushed against a wall while eating, everytime I moved to eat, my elbows hit the wall and we were an obstacle for people trying to get passed us especially with pushchairs. I opted for fish and chips, the whole dish was dry - the fish, chips and the peas, all devoid of moisture and it cost £9.95 - a massive rip off.

Popped in for a bit of food and shopping and was very disappointed with the service in cafe. I ordered the crispy chicken burger and the chicken was just warm, the salad and coleslaw was a tiny portion. The chips we had looked like like half a portion...for £2.50 it's not really value for money. Plate that the burger came on still had food dried on which looked like egg.

Use to love mark's and Spencer because of the quality in the food. But now, it's no different to Tesco and Asda, just more expensive and fancy packaging.

I love M and S clothing, but this store has changed. The clothing remains good but the staffing situation is not good. No manned tills, all self serve which I think alienates older customers. Remember the interaction with staff? Not anymore. I'm fine using self service if I have to but regularly I see older people struggle because let's face it SS can be unpredictable. The cafe is understaffed and slow. The Customer Collection upstairs is efficient and quick. I agree with comments about the lighting, it's blinding in areas and dark in others. The store needs a make over in my view. River Island next door has it right, beautiful lighting and easy to shop with staff available for advice.
Food Hall is always full because the food is excellent. Thankfully actual people are on tills there (for now).

I’ve always worn M&S bras. I’ve recently lost weight so I am in need of some new bras that fit correctly.
I called into M&S Teeside Park to ask about getting measured to know my correct size before I buy from their store.
I asked a staff member on the correct department about how I organise an appointment. The response from the member of staff was not very helpful. She told me I had to make an appointment and it would not be today as they were really busy!.
I realised that I wouldn’t get an appointment right there and then but she never offered to help me make an appointment for a later date. She made me feel I was putting her out by just asking her a question.
I won’t be buying any bras from M&S from now on, I’ll take my custom to Next.
