I've been on three holidays with Mark Warner - two to Greece (Lakitira and Levante) and one to The Alps (Tignes).
There really is no other option if you're travelling with children: the childcare, activities and hotel standards are exemplary. We'll be holidaying with Mark Warner for many years to come!

We stayed at Lakitira resort in Greece with teens and had the best time, our youngest spent most of his time in the club taking part in all of the water sports and activities, he said it was his favourite holiday ever. The food is buffet style and is different every night with lots of choice. We would go again in a heartbeat a great place for sports and families. I would also recommend getting the bus into Kardamena it is the prettiest village with a great atmosphere.

Booked way in advance for Levante Beach Resort in Rhodes as it's pushed as their best resort. We paid over £10,000!!! for 2 weeks ( 3 kids, 2 interconnecting rooms) for a dream beach holiday with the kids. We arrived to a very dirty room with pubic hair rolling around the floors, sun cream spread on the beds and a unsecured room looking over an over flow pipe and the car park of the resort. We immediately complained and were told there we no other rooms that we could move in to and they did think what they had provided was fair representation of the 5 star description on their google advert. Tried to call the head of customer services but he would not take our call and would only respond to written complaints ( expecting us to write a review of our experience, not even bothered to listen to us to get it sorted out quickly). We had enough very soon and were told no refunds would be offered either and departed as quickly as we could. This company is a sham, it's day light robbery and dangerous, see photos we had kids in those rooms. We will be reporting them to both the UK and Greek authorities.

I recently stayed at Mark Warner Kamari Beach, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by a serious incident involving my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. She sustained a severe injury while under their childcare supervision, resulting in three stitches to her chin and a chipped tooth.
Despite being informed immediately, the response from the staff was disappointing. We were left to arrange our own transportation to the hospital and dentist, and there was no follow-up or support from Mark Warner staff during or after the ordeal. Additionally, the company has refused to provide key information, such as a copy of the risk assessment or details about the supposedly "adequate" safety flooring where the accident occurred.
I sent multiple emails to Mark Warner's head office but received minimal assistance, only to be told that they were not liable and that I should have addressed my concerns in person, even though I preferred written communication for clarity. To date, I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously, and we have not received a proper apology or assurance that the incident will be investigated to prevent it from happening again.
While the holiday had its enjoyable moments, this lack of accountability and inadequate response has left a very negative impression. I would advise others to be cautious when considering the childcare services here.

I absolutely loved my Mark Warner holiday. We went to Sardinia (amazing location) and the resort was incredible. Clean, picturesque and a beautiful atmosphere. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. We went with our daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed the kids club, still talking about it now! Food was lovely too. Overall an amazing holiday!!!!

We stayed at Mark Warner Phokaia in Turkey. Superb set-up. A kids club that the kids genuinely loved (and where they made lots of friends), thoroughly professional staff, perfect location in a private bay, boats and windsurfers on tap - and all the family ended up learning how to sail. First-rate food too with different Turkish specialities cooked in front of us every day/night. We have one child with an egg allergy and they made special dishes for her all week. We would strongly recommend it all.

My wife Laura and I enjoyed our first experience of leaving our seven-month-old daughter in the capable hands of superb nanny Caitlin during the long, sunny afternoons.

It is the kind of reassurance that allows us to slip down a margarita before going to find our beaming toddler happily playing at the child centre.

The staff not only put you at ease while looking after your beloved but also give you a full rundown of their eating and mood – which can be a welcome warning.

Whether playing an intense game of tennis with your partner and coaches on the nearby courts, lazing by the sea on the jetty-side beanbags or eating at the beach restaurant – an ideal spot to watch the end of day race and to see the stunning sunsets across the bay – you feel assured.

Our comfortable beachside room was a stone’s throw from the warm waters of the Mediterranean and offered more than enough shade and privacy to allow for a post-activity siesta.

Staff stop and talk as you stroll through the well-manicured gardens and are only too pleased to offer advice on the vast range of activities including tennis, mountain and road cycling in the surrounding hills.

Positioned on Turkey’s western coast, you will find excellent conditions for all water-sports.

Mark Warner’s tennis coaching and weekly lesson plan has become legendary amongst holidaymakers.

In fairness, this is what Mark Warner do best and have a 35-year pedigree to prove it.
