Like all transport ,you have ups and downs , good days and bad days. This is on both sides of the desk, drivers are not saints (I can vouch for that one) ,everyone gets under pressure ,what happens today is forgotten tomorrow. This depot is a small one compared to most. Good clean kit, full uniforms restocked when needed cleaning gear supplied though a few drivers aren't sure how it works ! You know who you are! New offices drivers room w/c last year. Some long shifts but that's transport . Changed a bit over the last 5 years but not all bad. Change happens go with it or leave. Bonus is a carrot in a stick but does encourage safer driving. In house cpcs driver training etc. Decent wages , yes we all would like more but who wouldn't . I've cleared 42k on a 4/4 shift. I'll take that every year. Many drivers have left and come back over the years. The grass isn't greener it seems. !!

I work here, it's a great place to work good facilities for drivers brand new vehicles, regular training and a cracking financial package
