We were skeptical to go Scotland via bus with toddler but later booked with mantra based on reviews and referred from friends. It was amazing trip all 4 days and we covered all major attractions and specifically our tour manager Fatima was really wonderful, caring and helpful throughout the journey,

Stay was good in glasgow and indian dinner was v.good except second day which is not great.

Thanks to our captain who mostly reached ontime safely.

Overall we enjoyed the trip and highly recommended.

I recently took a tour with Mantra and had a mixed experience. While our tour guide was excellent and the overall tour was okay, I was very disappointed with the logistics. Our group had to wait at Hayes for over an hour, from 7:40 AM to 8:42 AM, due to a driver change. This unexpected delay wasted a lot of our time and disrupted our plans. Additionally, there was no courtesy call or follow-up the next day to address the inconvenience we experienced. This was my first experience with Mantra, and despite the good guide and decent tour, the lack of organization and communication was frustrating. I won't be choosing Mantra again in the future.

I booked a Paris trip with them, and it was a terrible experience. They didn’t confirm the trip until the last moment, forcing me to cancel, and then charged me £100 cancellation fee. They seem to only provide visa services, which they overcharged—almost 4 times the actual visa fee and 2 times the initially agreed amount. Stay away if you value your time and money!

Our Four days in Scotland..
Our tour guide was Shruti.
She was THE BEST tour guide I've ever went to a trip with. Her family like approach rather than her passenger is what makes her special than other tour guides actually, I wouldn't even call her as a tour guide she was more like friend She made us feel so comfortable, she was very patient with everyone she kept asking everyone 'are u okay?'
The driver was very experienced there was a narrow path were our coach and another coach got trapped in a very risky road in the mountains if the driver made one mistake then 💥 but our driver Sabas he handled the situation soo well. Our group in our coach also were awesome..I highly recommend Mantra Holidays if ur indian and is exploring the UK...

AVOID At All cost! Booked holidays and paid about 9 months in advance. Cancelled the holidays last minute over the phone via voice mail! absolute zero communication and messed up our plan for my son's birthday trip. Absolute unprofessional, no help at all with alternate holidays or compensation. They can charge you anything between 25-50% cancellation fess if you cancel the holidays but not the same for them. Pay little bit more with reputed tour operator to avoid disappointment. I think most higher reviews are either paid/from friends.

Went on 4 days Scotland tour from 22nd June to 25th from Birmingham. It was the most amazing trip. The itinerary was packed with beautiful things to see and do. Our driver Raj and the guide Adarsh(?) were so friendly and helpful at all stages. The went above and beyond their duty. The food and the hotel were very good for the price we paid. We were very fortunate to get warm and dry weather. Highly recommend this trip.

The trip for scotland 4days with Mr.Anshu tour manager was a very wonderful experience. He did best from his side and we really enjoyed a lot. Apart from it the food was good and the experience with pilot Mr. Shahbaz was awesome. I recommend to people that always give chance to mantra tour and travels ,
