Booked to go RHS Garden Bridgewater, of which transfer was supposed to be via swan travel coach company. Waiting at pick up point which was across the road from Piccadilly train station at the bus stop. Got there early to make sure we didn't miss our pick up but transfer vehicle hasn't turned up at the time advertised on webpage. Still waiting half hour later, tried to phone the company organising the trip but only work Monday to Friday office hours.... frustrated and didn't know what to do. I thought to ring the other number on our paperwork but instructions were incorrect but I persevered ...managed to speak to someone who was puzzled and confused about the situation. After they rang back to confirm a pick up and driver be with a people carrier would be with us in 5 minutes. Nearly an hour had passed and our time was reduced due to instructions given to the driver to wait for first pick up...of which they never turned up. We had two tourist with us and they equally as angry and frustrated in not being informed what was going on.....In the end we got to the gardens and our return was less eventful....
