Majestic Travel stood in as a last minute company when our other coach company cancelled an hour before they should have collected us! Majestic were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Not only did they save an end of year celebration trip for 60 Year 6 children but both drivers were fantastic. They kept in touch throughout the day and the whole service was professional. Steve particularly put us at ease and was so helpful, ensuring that the children still managed to have the best day possible, despite the rocky start! We won't hesitate to use them again!

Absolutely disgusting, rude and unprofessional service for an error their staff member made on my child's school trip. The management response to the incident is shocking, rude and falls way below the standards of empathy. Awful communication and a total let down on a 13 year old child. Shame on you

We booked 2 daytrips during the summer holidays and had visions of a comfortable air-conditioned coach to York and London.
on the day of the York trip we saw a tiny 16 seater minibus and thought no this can't be for us but alas it was ..when we went to get on it was already quite full and the driver told us he only had 2 to pick up at our stop , I had booked for 3 of us and showed him my reciept he phoned the office and eventually 20 mins later we were told to get on ..unbeknown to the office a lady on the coach had booked the trip for herself and several friend all to be picked up at different stops she had friends in Cannock and no sooner had we set off than she got a call to tell her that they were sorry but the trip was cancelled due to breakdown ..she told them she knew they were lying cos she was already on the coach..so we picked her friend up and didn't bother with the Brownhills customer so we only assume that they were told the minibus was broken ...the journey was so uncomfortable no windows to open so very hot and the worst of it was we messed about so much in the morning we only arrived at 1pm and had to leave at 5pm. The driver was a lovely man who was put under alot of stress that day .
So with trepidation we looked forward to the London trip hoping it would be a coach this time ..it was not but at least this one had windows..once again there was 1 to many booked on this trip and it was a real squash on the coach but we got there and the driver was great ..we were told to be back exactly where we were dropped at 5.30 no later ..everyone was back well within time except 1 elderly lady but luckily the driver had her number and called her and found out where she was and to help her out said he come find her ..off he went and 10 mins later came back she was not there..he called again she said she was at Marble arch so we drove closer to there and he went to look for her ..not there ..she was actually at Admiralty arch ..how we found her I will never know but this meant we didn't leave until nearly 6.20 and proceeded to get stuck in lots of traffic nearly every step of the journey home there were traffic jams ..we arrived in Walsall at 10.10 and the driver said he could not drive anymore and we would have to wait for another driver ..I felt so sorry for him he had been great but I just wanted to get home ..we got of the minibus and made our own way back home ..
very badly organised company whose staff can't count or they would know how many people fit on a minibus ..would not use Majestic ever again.

Nothing Majestic about the driving - Friday 5th April around 10:30am I had a rather aggressive coach driver from this company tailgate my car M6 Southbound. Traffic was slowing and I was preserving my stopping distance - the coach driver didn't seem to think this should interfere with his schedule so he tailgate and flahes lights. Not impressed

Dreadful service. Used as a school bus. Leaving kids waiting, over an hour late, no communication. Hour and half late picking children up the other day as they had done a day trip even though they are committed by contract to pick the children up. Absolutely terrible service! No wonder the drivers don’t stay long!

Music was blasting most the way back from blackpool could bearly hear ourselves think.
Driver was also on the phone whilst driving in the morning, will never use again!!

I am really disappointed. I am a student and I had no problem till today. My bus driver wasn’t in so we had a substitute called Rob or Bob and he gave me and my mate real attitude. I am not saying Majestic itself is bad just this driver. He told me to shut up and one of the bus’s crashed and I told my parents so they will know I am late and he yelled at me saying I shouldn’t tell people and also , he told me to stop being loud and I I said it’s not my fault I have ADHD and he just sighed and said I was damaging the bus by ripping the seats even tho me and my mate have never even been near them seats . So I suggest that you talk to him of remove him from this job . This hasn’t just happened to me it has happened to a lot of my other mates . So I just wanted to make a not .
