Mainstream organised my 60th birthday party on board the Golden Salamander. We had a fab evening - great food, atmosphere, music and service - nothing was too much trouble for Claire and the crew - and we had wonderful views of the London skyline as the sun went down.
Huge thanks to Lester for arranging it all and bearing with my many questions and requests - it all worked out just as I had hoped, and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening

I would like to thank Lester for his support in organizing a fabulous 50th birthday party on the MV Erasmus boat. His attention to detail was spot on. All our request were accommodated from canapes and champagne on arrival at Westminster Pier to a wonderful buffet meal then partying as we cruised up and down the Thames. I would highly recommend Mainstream to anyone who would want an event to remember.

Hosted a corporate party for 70 people in March 2023. The boat was fantastic, right size for the group with an open deck as well as indoors with heating, and was well presented. The staff was friendly as was the DJ and bar tender. Pre-event organization and communication was prompt and excellent.
The food was good, and the views in the evening and the night were spectacular. Guests from within the UK and abroad thoroughly enjoyed and had a great time. Definitely recommend it as value for money!

An excellent evening had by all.
We arranged an event for our staff from across Europe and did not have a single issue throughout the booking process or the event itself. Lester was on hand at every point of arranging the night with advice, assistance and above all else - a solution for every requirement we had, from complex dietary needs to being particular with lighting and decorations.
The team working on the boat on the night were incredible. Perfect hosts, they couldn't do enough to help and make the evening enjoyable for all on board.
The bar was very well stocked with good quality drinks and mixers, and the food was excellent quality.
I couldn't recommend this company enough for any function you may have.

We hosted our annual Welcome Party for Study Abroad students with Thames Boat Cruises & Events again this year and had an amazing experience! This was my first time organising this event and Lester was great to work with and was very patient and accommodating. The staff on the boat were very friendly and efficient and everything ran very smoothly. Our company hosted our annual Summer Party with Thames Boat Cruises & Events this year and we could have not spent the day any better. The weather was good and everyone was in a great mood.
We booked 5 hours on the boat and were served with delicious drinks and food, we had a good DJ onboard who entertained us and the five hours flew by quicker than everyone expected.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the planning with Lester from the organisation team was smooth and easy and we certainly look at booking with Thames Boat Cruises again for any similar company parties!

Thanks to Lester I was able to organise the best end-of-year ball for my university society. Our boat, Viscount, was perfect for our 90 guests and the crew were so helpful with all matters - they made me feel so at ease that I was able to relax and have fun with my guests. We were with Thames Boat Cruises for a large corporate event and I cannot say enough good things about everything. From organisation, communication and efficiency, Lester and the team were top notch. The crew on the boat were so friendly and looked after us so well. They got involved with our silly decorations and props, they were answering questions and helping all our staff when they needed and asked anything. THANK YOU! and would highly recommend!!
