If I could give it a 0 I would, the service was horrendous and appalling. I was waiting outside for 20 minutes in cold weathers. I do NOT recommend this company at all. The attitude towards me on the phone was ridiculous and rude, they didnt let me finish speaking and ended the phone instead of re doing my booking. They claimed to send down taxis which never came.

I had made arrangements months in advance for a private hire car -- and had done this from my home in Canada. I was glad it all worked out, and the car was exactly on time at exactly the right spot in Bolton where I'd asked for it to meet us. The driver was polite and professional and aimed to please us. Also, the car was very nice, a silver Mercedes which was in excellent shape too -- looked brand new!!

Great service on New Years Eve. Trapped in Manchester when an incident closed train station. Your lovely driver, who had taken us to the Metro earlier, and was waiting for us at the station to take us home later, rang to see if we were ok and needed any assistance. Fantastic service! ?

Ordered
taxi and was told 10 to 15 mins after 15 mins rang and was told another 10 to 15 mins and he was really rude. 45 mins later got notification taxi had been dispatched. So would be another 10 to 15 minsI rang back to say it was too late and they just said OK.. no apology. Very frustrating and poor service. When they say 10 to 15 mins when in fact t it was an hour.

Made online booking a day in advance. Booking was then cancelled with no notification, after ringing on the day to see where the driver was, the operator then told us it had been cancelled which meant missing an important hospital appointment, will not be using again.

Brill services. On time too Liverpool and Manchester return. Lovely clean new mini bus and very pleasant. Prices are brill too. Would Deffinaltly use again.
