Returned from a day trip to Perth on Monday 11th May. The day was made very relaxed and enjoyable thanks to Jim our coach driver. His friendly courteous manner and skillful driving set the atmosphere for the day. Nothing was a bother to him and we all enjoyed his company.

Used MacPhails last week for the 3rd time for a group trip to Disneyland Paris and Martin and all the team were exceptional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and informative of everything required. Driver Craig was brilliant and very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely always use MacPhails when considering a tour or coach booking.

Martin and team ferry our son to school during the week and make it so easy, the drivers are brilliant and most accommodating. We had an issue with getting Sean home and the team went out their way to help us....absolutely delighted

Drivers Eddie & Gary looked after us very well on our recent Youth Football Club trip to Newcastle. With over 100 people travelling, they made the journey stress free, efficient & effortless!

Bus drove my friend and I off the road while cycling. Phoned the company to complain and was assured they would get footage the next day from the on-board cameras. Followed up by email a week later and again assured they would investigate. Heard nothing further. This company obviously don’t care about the safety of other road users or their own health and safety procedures.

My 3 friends and I had a brilliant experience travelling with McPhails Coaches on 9th and 12th June travelling to and from Blackpool from Hamilton. Our driver on both journeys was Ryan Hamilton and he must be the best driver out there. He was helpful, friendly and even pointed out some interesting sights on our journey. No matter what you asked him to help you with he obliged with a smile, and there was a lot of us on the coach needing help getting on and off. The coach was spotless and air conditioned, a lovely breeze in the searing heat. I would only suggest that Mr. Hamilton gets a bonus because he goes above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend.

Being transferred from our Blackpool Promotions coach to a mini bus at Hamilton was seamless.
My shout of thanks goes to the mini bus driver who dropped me at Kilmarnock and waited till my lift came.
