I am appalled by the driving off the Lynnes coach on the M26 in a queue going onto the M25. The driver completely bullied us in our campervan we were in the queue and he wanted to get in and instead of waiting, he pushed out and damaged our wing mirror.
I would avoid this company because I have seen him driving and again nearly pulling out into people. APPALLING.

Absolutely disrespectful service and disappointment...

A one-day trip to Belgium was purchased. The driver simply didn’t show up at the appointed time and place. And when I managed to contact him through other passengers, he gave outrageous advice to take a taxi and catch the bus in another city.

Obviously, a request for a refund will be submitted. However, the ruined time and mood, alas, won't be refunded.

Well what can i say !! Absolute professional driver.Day trip to Horse Trust 9th May.Fantastic Coach driver.Just the right amount of interaction with passengers. I became unwell on trip and he was amazing. Reassuring me that I would be taken care of on journey home and medical assistance would be requested if needed. What an asset to your company.
