We stayed at Oak Lodge for four nights to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. The house is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for 14 while still having a homely feel. The children loved the hot tub and trampoline although the cinema room was the biggest hit. The welcome box contained lots of lovely local goodies - a really lovely touch. Thoroughly recommended!

The Cabin was incredibly cosy and peaceful, I'd definitely stay there again. There was even a complimentary bottle of prosecco and other foodstuffs provided which was a nice touch! Ele was very helpful and responsive and the information provided on travelling to the cabin and the local area via the app and email was super helpful and made the visit stress free

We had such a lovely time, booked it for a Valentine’s Day getaway and it exceeded our expectations. Quite a few gifts for the evening and following morning awaited us in the cabin too!
Would definitely recommend, the communication with the management team is also very good.

Amazing experience from booking to checking out. The fantastic team have really thoughtfully crafted an experience which embodies ease, relaxation and joy. Couple points to note, I took them up on their complimentary offer of concierge service and upon request the lovely lady gave me a call late in the evening to ensure I had local recommendations for my stay. Secondly, we stayed at the Cabin in the Woods and it was the definition of cosy af. Hats off to the owners for designing that place top to bottom with comfort and ease in mind.

Would definitely be booking with Luxury Boltholes again. Based on my review, I'm sure you can tell I would thoroughly recommend them.

I came across Luxury Boltholes beautiful account on Instagram and had to find out more… my husband and I are thinking about purchasing a holiday house in West Sussex but first wanted to make sure we had the right company to list with. The owners kindly allowed us to meet Kate at the property, and we knew straight away this was the right fit. Her friendly, collaborative approach was just what we were after. She also gave us lots of brilliant design ideas (the bonus of working with an interior designer!) and a useful insights. If we are successful in our offer to buy the house we will definitely be signing up to Luxury Boltholes straight away!

From the moment we booked our holiday, the service has been brilliant. My partner and I have two children under 5, and never have a moment to ourselves. We were really impressed by the welcome app, which had lots of information about the holiday home (always nice to know what’s included when you have young kids), and top places to go in the local area. Luxury Boltholes also offer a free concierge service and were so helpful when I asked them to recommend a child friendly pub near Chichester. We’ll be back!

From start to finish, the whole experience was second to none, the property was immaculate and we was greeted by something that far exceeded any expectation. Luxury botholes themselves were fantastic, any made the experience that much better with great communication and intstructions, I will highly commend the level of service we received and will be a returning customer!
