Alicia helped us to organise a 3 centre holiday to the USA. We were given a range of hotels to choose from, she even managed to arrange a free upgrade in one of them for us. In addition she booked all our day trips, car hire and internal flights from NY to Orlando. Before leaving for the holiday she checked to make sure we had all the relevant documents and passes we needed. Unfortunately for us our holiday had to be cut short due to Hurricane Ian hitting Florida, Alicia organised our refund from the hotel and sorted out a discrepancy over how many nights we had stayed. It was great to have the post holiday debrief to give feedback about all the things we'd enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Alicia to others.

Alicia organised a family trip away for us to Corfu and I've been raving about her and the holiday ever since! She found us an absolutely stunning hotel that ticked all of the boxes we were looking for and ensured that the holiday was perfect from start to finish.
We had some issues with passports prior to departure and Alicia helped us through this, going above and beyond every time we threw another curveball her way.

It was so refreshing to work with Alicia at Luxeco for our recent trip to Tenerife. She is very friendly and extremely helpful. She prompted us with all the right links for the extra regulations we had to follow, which was a huge relief.
