My family and I (12 adults, 8 kids aged 2-7 years and a dog) stayed at Oakleigh House for 5 days over the Easter holidays to celebrate 3x 70th Birthdays and 2x 40th Birthdays. It surpassed every expectation I had. The house and the grounds are beautiful. We organised various activities throughout and Greg was an amazingly accommodating and supportive host to make our time there special and stress free. We've made some memories that will last a lifetime - thanks so much!!

We’ve just returned from a fabulous girls weekend at The Old Chapel. The house was stunning, even better in person than in the photos which already looked gorgeous! There was plenty of space for 12 of us, plus a sofa bed spare. Every room was beautifully presented and the beds were super comfy. Beautiful views out onto the river and a lovely peaceful setting.

Greg was an amazing host, he was so friendly helpful providing all the info we could possibly need, he even went above and beyond to leave us milk and treats in the kitchen which was a lovely touch!

I couldn’t recommend staying with Lupin & Turner highly enough, you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks again Greg, I’m sure we’ll be back!

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend away at Oakleigh House in Swaffham. It is an absolutely stunning property and was perfect for our group of 19. The house is beautifully designed inside and out, with comfortable furnishings and is very well-equipped. Large comfortable beds for everyone. It had everything we needed and more.

We were lucky with the weather, so got to enjoy the immaculate garden, outdoor dining area and hot tub, but there was also plenty of space indoors for our large group to congregate comfortably.

Especially appreciated the Sonos speaker system throughout the house and fabulous lighting that created a lovely ambience throughout the day and evening. Greg was a very welcoming, attentive and kind host. Highly recommend this property and hope to be back!

If there were 6 stars I would give them to Swafham House. Booked the house for my husbands 50th birthday celebrations with 16 friends. House was amazing! Such attention to detail in every room. Everyone in our group wanted to move in. Fantastic central location with amenities close by if you need them. Greg is a fantastic host and was really helpful from start to finish to ensure we all had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this property and we will all be back sometime soon. Thank you again.

We booked Oakleigh House for a hen do and couldn’t fault it. The house and grounds are breathtaking, everything was perfectly clean, and you couldn’t ask for anymore space (we were a group of 16 and you could easily fit far more guests). Greg was an incredible host with clear and friendly communication along the whole way, he really puts your mind at ease - especially if it’s your first time planning such an event! Hot tub was brilliant and spacious and all the amenities were top notch. Parking was also great. Only slight hiccup was the sound system sometimes dropped out around the house if too many people were connected to the app, but that was easily solved. Would book again in a heartbeat!

We had the most amazing stay at Oakleigh House. The house has beautiful interiors with such attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate a special weekend. Thanks for the most amazing stay in a fantastic house with beautiful grounds. Loved the quirky artwork too.
