Used the 492 service from Leominster to Hereford - at 16.30 college bus on a Wednesday during term time - cost £5.75 the company is not involved in the national £2 bus fares (due to end 31st December 2024) and no wonder it was empty!! Service late leaving not sure why and then I am sure a timetable at Leominster said it was calling into the railway station at Hereford but were told to get off at the bus station which is not far away Useful service but the last of the day as the trains had stopped running due to rain!! But at then at least I was able to get home

We caught the 490, driver was very unfriendly. Commented on by a few people on the bus this morning! It cost us £6.20 return for 2 plus £1 for our dog! We waited in ludlow as we had bought a return ticket due at 4 15pm Saturday bus. There was a carnival so no one seemed to know there if bus could turn up later. We waited 10 minutes after carnival had gone and no sign of the bus so had to walk about 2 miles back. Expensive, rubbish bus service so if you pay return don't expect the bus to turn up! Rip off! Staff could do with some customer service training to make them appear friendly even if they are not!

Hit or miss as to whether it turns up. Feel sorry for those who have no other way of getting to work or home. Communication from the bus company would be helpful.

Drivers are really polite when boarding they are always willing to help. I’d lost my AirPods and the driver helped me retrieve them from another service. Keep up the good work!

Last summer I visited Shropshire/Herefordshire, and to get from Ludlow to Hereford I travelled on Lugg Valley's 490 (Lud - Leo) and 492 (Leo - Hfd) services.

The drivers on both services were polite and friendly.

Looking forward to returning to the area to sample more of their services!

I have found all the staff at Lugg Valley to be friendly. I know there's mixed reviews here. However, given the current national driver shortage situation, I can not fault the efforts of all staff who are trying their hardest to ensure all services run

Waited for 2 buses up to barons cross on saturday 10 th December 2022.
For them not to turn up.
I spoke to a bus driver who wasn't very helpful at all.
He didn't understand what I was asking him, and all he said was
I DONT KNOW.
Which you can understand is very annoying,
When you have very heavy bags to carry.
