My first time using a taxi being without a car for the first time in years. Great service, v impressed with the courtesy & politeness of the man taking my booking. The driver was on time and very pleasant. Have to say it was immaculate inside, v comfortable.

The second booking, same day, they advised me the driver could not attend because of unforeseen circumstances. I was v happy that they didn't mess us around & keep us hanging on. They suggested another taxi service and even phoned later to see if we were ok. Very impressed with the honesty and customer care. Will definitely be using them again.
