Marie at Lows has just completed the conveyancing for the sale of our property. I could not recommend Marie, or Lows highly enough.
Marie is so professional, sharp and on the ball with everything. We trust her implicitly and know she won't leave a stone uncovered. She guided us effortlessly through the whole process and removed all the stress that a property sale can bring.

I sent an email, stating that I was seriously interested in a move to Orkney. Lows were recommended by an Orcadian. For a forever and only home. Was asking for advice on moving, as the law in Scotland is so very different than where I am now. I wanted to be there for a while during winter, to rent, and asked about that too to see how it was to live there. Had a very curt reply from David Bonner to say they don't do rentals, and to contact holiday home owners And that was it. Lows do selling, and conveyancing. Potentially a lot of money for them. So no, a bad experience. A half of one star rating would be more appropriate
