Listed our property with Lovetoescape - We have had no enquiries through them at all, yet they supplied a 'progress report' stating several site views and even some enquiries ? I am registered with other sites and have lots of enquiries and bookings, so it is not that the property is not being found or getting interest - just NOTHING via them? They are more expensive to list with than some other sites and it has been a complete waste of money. Their customer service is appalling, they don't respond to emails or calls until you say you want to cancel and get a refund for the remaining months in the agreement. Then they are quick to respond and tell you that you are not entitled to any money back. I question how genuine this business actually is and if there was a body to report them to I would -I have actually tried but was advised there is no-one to officially complain to.I will not be renewing my agreement with them when it expires. I would not recommend listing your holiday business with this company.
