I recently visited Scotland with Love Holidays and found it to be an excellent choice for affordable couple’s travel. The hotels offered in this price range were exceptional, exceeding our expectations in quality and comfort. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and when we encountered a minor issue with a misspelling in my wife’s name, it was promptly resolved by their team. Overall, I am very satisfied with the efficiency and service provided by Love Holidays. They will definitely be my top choice for future travel around the world. Highly recommended!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Aqua Mondo Abu Resort in Soma Bay, Egypt.
The hotel is beautiful & spot less clean, all the staff are wonderful & so friendly!
Our room was very comfortable with everything you required.
The restaurant was excellent, always plenty of choice & again spotlessly clean!
The pool area is very good & the pool is heated which is excellent when your getting in to do aqua aroebics!
The animation team are fabulous & do an excellent job entertaining us!
Everything about the holiday has been wonderful & we wouldn't hesitate in coming back.
We have been coming to Egypt for over 15 years, this is the 1st time in Soma Bay & we will be back, nothing is to much trouble with all the staff, lovely people!

This company have a terrible policy if you do need to make any changes.

I found a hotel and flight and paid £116 deposit.

The following day, after further research the hotel had some negative reviews and was considered by many to be one for the younger going out generation.

I found a better hotel and asked if I change it.

After a few days, I received a quote over £700 higher than on their own site.

So, I called them. I was told those was because they original booking is a package and the change does not benefit form the discount.

I asked can I cancel and rebook, I was told that if I did this I would still need to pay the full flight cost, which was over £1,000.00. I asked if I could keep the flights and cancel the hotel and I was told if I cancel the hotel, The flights are automatically cancelled as it is a package. I then asked about the price match promise and was told this has to be within 24hrs and does not apply if I am going with an amended price.

This company will not be getting my custom again, in my opinion they are charlatans! The request to change is not unreasonable and my experience demonstrates their true nature is to ensure you are committed to them. Well done Love Holidays, but you will be found out and I look forward to hearing of you going into administration.

Love holidays think it’s acceptable to send people to what frankly looks like a war zone.

Spent 16hrs driving round and being diverted.

Had to park up and sleep in the car and book the next flight home.

We asked if it was safe to travel to Spain after seeing the news which they replied our travel wouldn’t be unaffected.

This company’s lack of duty of care for its customers is embarrassing.

They are now refusing to refund us.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t book with them.

Arriving at my hotel in Dubai after a long night of travel. We were told that the booking was cancelled. We had to call the emergency helpline and they told us it had been cancelled by their third party who deals with in country admin. After 2-3 hours this was eventually rectified after many phone calls and racking up large international call costs. Later that night when we went to dinner. We were told that the half board we had paid for wasn’t on our booking. This took another couple of hours and series of expensive phone calls to rectify. This completely derailed our first day abroad on a holiday I spent over £5,000 on. I asked to be refunded for my time and phone costs but they said that wouldn’t be possible due to the fact they eventually sorted the 2 issues. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and with a refund of a few hundred I wouldn’t be bitter. But with this experience I wouldn’t recommend love holidays at all.

Awful holiday experience, never use this company. From additional hidden charges just 5-6hrs before flight at check in (£422 extra) for an all inclusive holiday. To a hotel (4 star) surrounded by a massive and noisy building site (9 large cranes, carries, cement mixers etc), to food with maggots in it, to broken door lock etc. Staff unhelpful and general food poor. No love holiday rep available onsite or anywhere near, only a telephone line, which was not always helpful.

We booked a holiday package from Love Holiday to Istanbul from the 2nd to 9th August 2024, which includes breakfast and swimming pool as advertised on the website and the name of the hotel is Taba Luxury Hotel and Spa in Besiktas. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there’s no swimming pool and the hotel is in a valley, the breakfast was horrible, stale bread and they refused to give us fried eggs after asking for several days they gave us one plate to share before the 4 of us. They also gave us dirty and worn out towels, despite the fact that we are 4, they gave us 3 (see pictures), there’s also no mini market as advertised. When we complained to them, they said “me no English”, meanwhile they claim the receptionists speak English.
Don’t trust the adverts on Love Holidays, they don’t do their due diligence, they are the not interested in your hard earned money. They don’t have high speed internet, it’s pure lie.

Terrible Experience with Love Holidays

I recently attempted to use Love Holidays' app to take advantage of their offer: spend £2500 on holidays and get £100 off. However, due to their glitchy, unreliable app, the discount code didn't work. To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unavailable when I needed help.

The offer ended at midnight, and I didn’t want to miss out on my chosen holiday, so I proceeded with the booking without the discount. Now, after reaching out to them, they’ve responded with a generic, scripted message claiming the voucher "can only be applied at the time of booking." This is unacceptable. It’s their faulty app that caused the issue, and their lack of proper customer support made the situation even worse.

What’s even more infuriating is that they seem completely indifferent to customer complaints. It’s clear they don’t care about providing a good experience or addressing valid feedback.

Customer service is a joke & they decide on the spot that my complaint is not valid.

If you’re considering booking with Love Holidays, beware of their unreliable app, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude towards genuine issues. I won’t be booking with them again.
