I highly recommend Love Cuba for anyone planning holiday in Havana and Varadero. We had the pleasure of following Liam Craig fantastic recommendations, which greatly enhanced our experience. Throughout the entire process, from the communication before our departure to our time in Cuba, the team at Love Cuba, especially Liam Craig, our sales representative, ensured that everything ran smoothly and according to plan. His excellent communication and attention to detail made our holiday unforgettable. I would definitely recommend Love Cuba to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. The two different places were a wonderful express.

What an amazing company!
From start to finish its been a great experience.
Laura and her team are really fantastic and responded to all my calls and emails. From my initial booking and choosing the most amazing trip (Havana, Trinidad and Varadero ) to sorting out our visa and guiding us through some of the questions we had, it really was a breeze!
Cuba is one of the most beautiful and captivating places I have visited and I couldn't recommend it enough!
Havana and Trinidad where our favourites and I would love to return and add a few more places to the list.
We stayed in the most beautiful hotels and casa and had door to door transport-including a beautiful Cadillac picking us up at the airport! It really was seamless!
I couldn't recommend Love Cuba enough and have already passed Laura and her teams contact details over to friends who loved the photos and stories!
If there's a once in a lifetime trip make it Cuba- you wont regret it! The people are friendly and although this is a poor county their zest for life outshines everything!

Love Cuba organised a fantastic trip to Cuba for us. A fantastic itinerary that allowed us to see Cuba from multiple perspectives. From the resorts in Varadero to Casas in Trinidad and Viñalles to a hotel in Havana. They never missed a beat and the support in country was excellent. What was really wonderful was the local feedback on them as a company; without exception everyone said they were amazing to work with and they were the best operator in the country. Thank you Charmaine and thank you Love Cuba for such a memorable holiday in this wonderful complex country.

Incredibly gutted we chose to book through love Cuba.
What we were sold and what we got were incomparable, once in Cuba it took days to get hold of anyone and they were less than helpful. Was a very well tough, you signed up to it now sit out your mistake. Feel incredibly lied to and let down by this company and would advise anyone considering booking to avoid.

We decided to visit Cuba for a friend 70th we had been there before, but we were looking for something different, so we contacted Love Cuba and spoke to Laura. She was very friendly and helpful with her advice we decided to go to Havana, Trinidad, Cayo Santa Maria, and Cienfuegos.
When we Landed there was a Rep from Love Cuba waiting for us outside the terminal, as part of the package Laura had arranged a vintage car city tour of Havana with lunch, a day trip to Vinales with lunch. Laura had also booked us to see the Tropicana show in Havana.
Trinidad was amazing place live music and great restaurants. We decided to book a morning horse riding and visited a couple of waterfalls where we went for a swim, Laura also booked us into a casa instead of a hotel which was excellent place to stay and a great location to bars and restaurants. We also stayed in the Iberostar Ensenachos in Cayo Santa Maria a nice all-inclusive hotel with fantastic beaches, overall love Cuba in the UK and Cuba couldn’t do enough for us 24 hr help line if we needed any help. We are now looking at going back for the 3rd time but this time we will be looking at the East of Cuba.

We all had a fantastic holiday thanks to LOVE CUBA.

Just returned from Cuba. Loved every second of the trip. From vibrant Havana to the paradise of Cayo Coco and the old towns of Cienfuegos and Trinidad. Stunning country, lovely people despite how difficult it is for them to get hold of things we take for granted. Absolutely recommend Love Cuba 100%. Great advice and they arranged our perfect trip. The local rep Adrian was superb and very helpful. Can't recommend them enough. 5stars from me. Thank you Love Cuba

Not for snowflakes!

All these "I had food poisoning" millenials need to go elsewhere. True, there were dishes which will be soon forgotten, others, many more will be remembered as proper Western cuisine level culinary masterpieces. (The El Canonzano is a must!)

The organisation was excellent - the agency took care of everything. I am a retard and was lost which trip to book (it was my sister's birthday present) but I needed not to worry. All the paperwork, itinaries, schedules, tickets, plane seat reservations even the best holiday option were taken care by Shyama, Patricia and Janet. Payment made easily and everything sent over way in advance.

The trip itself was amazingly flexible and well thought out. We went for a Cuba Escorted trip for 7 days.

We were picked up everywhere and our guide, Ouardo, did more than show us around - came with us to dine out or to spend the evening in the city and told us how much to pay for each service so we never felt we paid more than what the running price was for the oldsmobile tour ( for example, $30 for an hour) and even got our bill down in one of the hotels for a full night of drinking (to which he convinced the bar staff to source a shaker and make us cocktails instead of the beer and wine on the offical menu)... And he was knowledgeable, talkative and approachable.
(Special shout out to Enrique, our driver, whose English was practically non-existent but his manners impeccable and puts most Westerners to shame.)

The sightseeing, the tobacco (cigar) farm, rum factory visit, the evening entertainments, etc... all new, all something that I have never experienced before and can only recommend.
Please note: this country is not a Western European country, the standards of living and way of life is vestly different from ours. When people complain about the food or the lack of this or that, they forget that the amount the tourists ate and were offered every day was more than an average person eats weekly. We had horrible toilet paper - yes, but try to find any at all (!!!) even in Havana. You find yourself in a completely new world.

If you don't want to bear this in mind when visiting Cuba, a truly unique, unforgettable and above-and-beyond experience in magnificent settings (the countryside, not Havana, at least for me), please go to Dubai. Or Spain.

If you want to try something never before experienced - call these guys and tell them what you had in mind. The 9 hour flight is still worth the trip. I will definitely go as soon as possible. Before anything changes on the island.
