Noreen gave us a very warm welcome to her stylish and very relaxed home.
What an introduction to Nettles! Everything we tried was delicious - especially the Nettle Soup which gave me the nutritional boost I was craving!
We were then transported to Coyle's Cottage which was a delightful trip back in time! We met eel fisherman Gary McErlain and his wife Anne- Marie who told us local stories. Gary then demonstrated the art of eel skin tanning!
The Life on the Shoreline tour (South) was a great experience and I've already suggested to my family that we take a Lough Neagh boat trip on our next day out!

I was fortunate enough to be on the Seamus Heaney tour at the end of September. We were blessed with good weather and so were able to enjoy the very comfortable coach ride through the countryside which appears in his work. The visits to the Homeplace and the afternoon tea at Ballyscullion House were excellent. Our guide, Gerry, showed a genuine interest in his subject and was able to impress the entire coach with his knowledge. I loved the mixture of culture and history and enjoyed hearing about the history of the Bawn at Bellaghy. Look forward to my next tour.

Lough Neagh tours, highly recommended. Had a great evening out. Informative, friendly and interesting with some fabulous stop offs with fabulous food from lesser known local, organic producers! Great team in charge. They will only go from strength to strength.
