Booked trip to Loch Ness from Edinburgh. Our trip today was cancelled, becouse guide didn’t came. We were already sittig in the bus 7:15am, when driver shared this statment at 8:00am. We are leaving Scotland at Monday, so that was our last oportunity to visit Loch Ness. Our Saturday plan was ruined, as well wasted of money for taxi 26£ to come here and leave at the same time 8:00am.
We are really upset and schoked by your service for this trip.

Fantastic! Easy to communicate with and organise, competitive quote, punctual and professional. We knew our wedding guests were in good hands following their midnight pick-up from Newhall back to Princes St. No issues whatsoever, highly recommend! Thanks for all your help!

On the 6th of August, Me and my partner joined the Highlands/ loch ness tour. We honestly had one of the best days of our lives. The motorcoach was stunning. Clean and comfy. Our driver was first class and our tour guide was an absolute gentleman. Very funny and knowledgeable. We were blessed by the weather and got to view some of the most amazing scenery we have ever seen. We had multiple stops and lunch at the beautiful town of Fort Augustus where we joined the ferry for a cruise on the Loch ness. It was a dream come true to be in the Scottish Highlands and I thank Lothian Motorcoaches for a day I'll never forget. Highly highly recommended!!!

Five star service-I could not recommend Lothian Motor Coaches enough. From start to finish they were incredible. From quick replies, to reasonable prices, to lovely service there was not one negative part. Our driver Kevin was amazing, so kind, patient, warm and truly was so accommodating the entire trip. Any breaks we needed or stops offs he allowed and did so with a smile, he was so lovely. He was prompt for both pick up and drop off, just so professional. I just want to say a massive thank you to him and everyone at Lothian Motor Coaches for your impeccable customer service. 100% will use in the future what a difference it made being taken from A to B by a coach in comfort. Certainly was appreciated when we were all hungover on the Sunday! Thank you Kevin and Lothian motor coaches for everything:)! X

Great guide and driver. I booked the Loch Lomond, the Trossachs & Doune Castle tour. Our guide Johnnie was very professional and funny, sharing lots of stories and historical facts.
He knew about every single detail and took care of us with small treats!
Joe, the driver, was also very nice and good at the road. He was just driving but always with a smile willing to help.
I would definitely take another tour with them so thank you so much for the great experience!

This was a lifelong dream to visit Scotland. We were not able to have a tour guide with us due to staff shortages (a world issue, post pandemic), but we had a wonderful drive through many scenic places across Scotland and the Isle of Skye. Our skilled driver, Bobby, made extra little stops for us as well, to stretch our legs and take photos. The coach we rode in was very comfortable and roomy.

Hired for family day trip to scatter mum’s ashes. Several pick ups and stops all day. Driver Colin Russell was fantastic with all our plan changes! Coach was spotless. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you

Wow! Just wow!!! Honestly, it was one of the best tours I have ever done! I would highly recommend to everyone! We did Loch Ness, Glencoe & The Highlands tour with a great and funny tour guide Scott. Scott is such an example of someone who loves what he does. He has a gift of story telling and knows how to make people excited, curious and happy! You would be lucky to have him as your tour guide! It was the first time for me in Scotland and I am very happy that we could make this tour where we saw these amazing places in the highlands. Such a beautiful country with nice and friendly people!!! Definitely, it's not going to be the last visit!!!
