I've had two brilliant experiences with Long Stratton Eyecare - thoroughly recommend.

Sarah-Jane conducted a really comprehensive eye exam and explained everything so clearly to me. Karen then helped me try contact lenses for the first time, she was so patient and helped me get there in my own time - thank you!

On a second visit I needed to invest in a new pair of glasses and Karen, Emma and Paula were all so helpful. They let me take my time trying on various styles and helped me choose what suited me best without any pushy sales.

Everyone I've met at the practice is super knowledgeable and passionate about their work which is so lovely.

Superb service in all respects from initial interaction through to the eye test, referral for specialist procedures, and purchase of glasses. I have now had excellent varifocal glasses (both clear and tinted), "office" glasses and prescription swimming goggles. Sarah-Jane and the team are welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. It's about a 1 hour journey for me - but well worth it for the customer experience.

Sarah Jane is so professional and very helpful, and always put you at ease. The choice of frames is excellent, I've had so many compliments about my glasses. I have varifocals and have never been so expertly measured etc for them at any other opticians. I highly recommend Long Stratton Eyecare

Sarah-Jane and all of the team are extremely friendly, professional and their customer service is always exceptional. They offer a huge array of styles and really take their time to help you choose the right glasses with absolutely no pressure… I appreciate, and value, the individual and welcoming service I always receive whether over the telephone or whilst at an appointment. Highly recommended and a real example of fantastic customer service!

They have always gone above and beyond when helping sorting out both my self inflicted issues when I lost my glasses as well as naturally occurring sight challenges! I have no hesitation in recommending them. No hard sell and infinitely better than the big chains.
