The service is really slow and really bad. They advertised that the post office shuts at eight but they shut what ever suits them. They say they shut at 5.30 so why don’t they update their website. They’re are so useless.
one time I went a 5:15 and it was shut ,they called the post office assistant from her home to come to open the post office ,really bad service .
if I could give them zero star I would they deserve no stars they’re absolutely useless

Royal Mail now allows out of hours posting to cater for the public's convinience, I was turned away today and the excuse was 'I had too may parcels'. I had to go somewhere else where I was attented to. Costcutter Mile Rd is always better. Better behaved staff as well. I will be reporting this to Royal Mail.

I recently went to this post office and the lady at the post office desk was so rude and unhelpful. Her tone of voice and lack manners were unnecessary. I asked for rates and I changed my mind from first class to second class instead of giving me all the rates available she crossed her arms and told to me to make up my mind. I had 2 parcels to post so I did not bother doing the second one after her attitude. I usually go to Elstow post office they are very polite and professional.
I would never use London Road post office and would advise to avoid at all cost. Also she doesn't know the postage charges either, I posted my second parcel for same service at nearly half the price at Elstow Post office.

Very crowded with tiny corridors to move around the shop/poat office. There are lots of items on the shelves on your way to the post office, as it is straight at the back of the shop, so if you are going with a bigger parcel or a pram, you have to be extremely careful not to knock down something from these shelves!
The waiting during the rush hours can be pretty long too.

I would like to say that this post office is the best in the area the lady that I deal with is always happy and very helpful nothing is to much trouble for her she gives great advice and she always has time to make you feel welcome she is a credit to the post office I won't go anywhere else

I had a really disappointing experience at this post office. It was heavily raining outside, and I only needed a small piece of tape to seal my package. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude and flatly refused to help, telling me to ‘go buy some and come back.’ Her tone and lack of empathy were off-putting. If you’re looking for friendly, helpful customer service, this is definitely not the place to go.

**POST OFFICE STAFF** My god I have never came across a "Karen" until now!!! This woman was the most unhelpful, RUDE and Unprofessional Post office worker I have ever met to the put where another customer even told her to not talk to customers the way she spoke to me. I will never use this post office again and advise all to avoid!!!!!!!!!
