Our London Eye + Champagne experience was wonderful. We got so lucky with the weather and an amazing host Modesta. The experience was truly vip with a small group. Modesta took a bunch of photos for us. She was kind, funny and professional. She made the experience amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. The VIP experience was worth the extra upgrade as you get your own private line, champagne and semi private experience riding the London Eye with a host and photographer!

Kia and all the team were very unhelpful. And they didn’t make us enter although we payed the ticket and they didn’t refund our money. Worst experience I ever had and I will never repeat this experience unless they replace Kia and her colleagues.

During our London trip, we splurged on the Champagne Experience at the London Eye. We were escorted to a private bar on the 3rd floor and welcomed with a glass of NV Pommery brut Champagne, which was delightful.

Our guide then led our group of 11 to the fast-track entry, a process that took only about 8 minutes. This expedited entry was well worth the extra cost.

Inside the spacious glass pod, we continued to enjoy Champagne while marveling at the panoramic views. Our guide was attentive and readily answered our questions about the landmarks we spotted. We were offered a third glass of Champagne for an additional fee, which I enjoyed.

At the end of the ride, we tipped our guide, not out of obligation, but because her exceptional service warranted it.

I highly recommend upgrading to the Champagne Experience. It's a truly memorable and worthwhile investment of your time and money.

This was our first stop in London, just hours after landing! It was fun, easy to navigate and find, and an awesome experience! My mom is afraid of heights and would never go on a regular ferris wheel, but she did fine on the eye. The pods are large and enclosed, with seating in the middle where she felt better. Others of us enjoyed the views from the windows and rails!

Lovely experience... line was too long. It's better to book online in advance. I will visit again to jump in the eye.. 😄

Reasonable queue times and probably the best view across town you will find. The capsule we were in was beautifully air conditioned (hottest day of the year), and considering the age of the attraction were as good as new. Recommended, even at over £100 for a family of four...

I have disabilities and bought tickets for the London Eye. When I arrived, I was sent to a priority queue. When I entered the queue, I asked the woman working if I could skip the line. She said I couldn’t and that that was a priority queue. Which means that if you buy a priority ticket just because you WANT to skip the line, you can do that but disabled people aren’t allowed to skip to the front of the queue. So if you have a problem standing up or some disability that makes queueing hard for, either don’t go to the attraction or prepare to queue for a while.
