JJ was great, I got given a voucher for my birthday and me and my mate met JJ who then took a group of 4 of us round the comedy arenas and palladium’s of London, giving us some insightful information, quiz’s and made me see lots of things that I’ve missed when walking round that area before. He made the tour entertaining and has a natural fun personality making him good with people.

A really interesting walk, unfortunately marred at the end by the huge crowds that made it impossible to stand and listen. The walk was educational and J.J was very conscious of making sure all participants were together before starting the location talk. Managed to keep everyone together, a mean feat considering the massive crowds. Would recommend the tour for anyone interested in the development of comedy in the Soho area of London.

We both had a great time on the tour, JJ was very informative, relaxed and likeable. I feel the two hour length was about right as there were a good amount of stops. There was only a small number of us which helped the tour feel a bit more personal. Well worth it if you're interested in comedy and the history of the area!

JJ delivered a great tour yesterday. He was receptive to questions from the group and displayed a lot of historical knowledge of comedy in the UK. As someone who has attended a variety of venues across the capital, JJ recommended three hidden gems that were new to me. I can't wait to visit them soon. A great tour for comedy junkies and those looking for an introduction into the background of the great British sense of humour.
