personalities incapable of listening to people, without smiling. The security guards think they're all-powerful when it comes to tourists, and it was a really bad experience when they threw my things at me. And what's more, they searched my entire suitcase, taking away all my things, then put them all back on the side and in a bin with my empty suitcase, asking me to hurry up and leave.

In short, a horrible experience. I hope that the staff will be changed soon so that they are more competent and less stupid in the future.

We always use London Airport Transport from and to Heathrow. Again, yesterday was a most satisfactory experience. Our driver was on time and he was courteous. The vehicle was clean and spotless. Had a late flight into Stansted on Saturday. Family of 5. Booked and paid online from abroad the day of. Didn't receive a confirmation email (Edit - I did, was in spam), but I saved my booking reference number and called to confirm later. All good, no problems.

The driver was right on time, super friendly, and got us home safely.

Definitely recommend.

They were great. It was a bank holiday week end and everything was as smooth as can be. The booking was easy, and we were picked up on time. Our driver knew all the backroads so we avoided traffic and he worked out the best drop off for us. I highly recommend!
