This coach was laid on for is by Shearings. Cannot fault the driver. Chris was very helpful and went out of his way to make our journey enjoyable. However, the seats were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Couldn’t have had a nicer pair of drivers on our trip to Bordeaux.
The coach was immaculate inside and out!

Had the most pleasurable driving experience this week with our driver gwen in lochs and Glen's this girl is so amazing her driving skills made our holiday so pleasurable the way she negotiated tight twisting roads and single track roads and tight bridges so pleasant nothing to much trouble and went out of her way to give us fabulous tours she is one special person 👍

Saw the most appalling driving while following one of your coaches on the very narrow roads of the west coast of Scotland - heading towards the Island of Seil on Friday 25th April 2025. The lady driver seemed completely out of her depth and had no idea how to deal with the passing places protocols and general need to be considerate to other drivers on these roads. I would suggest some information and training sessions for your drivers expected to drive enormous coaches on what are really unsuitable roads for them. Definitely an accident (or a very inconvenient road block for local residents) waiting to happen.

A young driver called kieran drove us (Bethesda u12s )to Ruthin rugby club today for our semi final. Must say! He was such a polite, friendly young driver. Hope to see him again in the near future! All the best Kieran ,and thank you! X

Driver on the m1 North today between junction 12 and 13 under taking in a 50 then swerved in front of cars then when he saw I had a photo he drove up behind us at more than 65 pipping his horn and flashing at us trying to intimidate us. Shocking behaviour, dangering the lives of us other car passengers and his coach passengers.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I’m not from here (Canada) and needed to get a bus from Blaenau Ffestiniog. Looked it up online, everything said this company on 3B. Fine, great, I don’t have to worry about it. Fast forward to today, I get to the bus stop and it doesn’t mention this bus anywhere. I ask people, most of them have no idea, one bus driver says it comes here. Great. I start to get nervous and want to call the company to confirm, I turn on my actual phone (meaning expensive roaming charges!), it goes to voicemail. I find someone else, it turns out THE BUS DOESNT EXIST and nothing has been updated. Luckily the person knew and told me the correct bus.

Terrible experience, My Child was mocked in Welsh by the driver for not understanding what the driver had said to him in Welsh. The driver then continued to mock our surname in Welsh as he then thought the rest of our party could not speak Welsh. Fortunately we do! Disgraceful way to treat paying customers. No need to be Rude. I didn't find it funny or clever. Speed limits were not adhered to at all. Intimidating other cars on the road, cutting corners, beeping at cars infront going too slow to pull over. One handed driving all the way there and back. Appalling weaving at speed around the scene of an accident on the road which no help was offered to those injured. None of our party usually get travel sick. All of us felt queasy. Never Again will I use this coach company as they have a complete disregard for Saftey and Zero Customer Service Skills.
