Large space with racks of brochures and maps, local and regional, walking, cycling, driving. Two staff members. Excellent art gallery. Local crafts, pottery, jewellery. I received information and suggestions on local buses and walking routes.

Helpful with recommending walks but no leaflets to give out. They said photocopied leaflets are sent from headoffice which seems a bit old fashioned. Get this office a photocopier/ scanner!

My husband and I visited llangollen we are disabled I have a mobility scooter we went for a quick coffee then had to leave as the disabled parking was only one hour we never had time to shop or eat.one hour is ridiculous.

Was really impressed to see Braille at the entrance to the tourist info centre today! Being inclusive is so important and this type of accessibility shouldn't stand out, but unfortunately it does! Da Iawn Llangollen Tourist information! And Diolch!

Lovely place for gets in some leaflets and having a look around the information centre lovely staff at the reception and the library at the top thank you for letting me use the lift as well to only team who worked in the town centre thank you so much for what you have done to make this week more memorable thank you so much we cannot thank you enough for the past week thanks again.

Llangollen clearly tolerates but does not welcome tourists. If you have disabilities or difficulty in walking, you are completely out of luck! There is almost no blue badge parking (but plenty of electric car charging spaces) and what there is was all taken by mid morning on a Saturday. Needs a park and ride, or similar. Nearest parking being nearly a mile away. Can't comment on anything else as we didn't stay. Had we not prepaid tickets for the railway, we'd have gone somewhere else and spent our money there. Won't be back and would advise others to give it a miss.

Lovely centre. Very helpful ladies. We have just been on the canal River trio. Hoping to fit train trip in too. Thank you for helping us to enjoy your beautiful town.
