Just got back from travelling Vietnam and Cambodia with Llama from start to finish everything has been easy and seamless. Everything was taken care of for us throughout the holiday we just had to turn up at Heathrow at the right time, all the hotels were fantastic we were treated amazingly wherever we went. We had 4 guides over the holiday (for each of the different areas we visited) they were all great, good enough English to have a laugh and all really knowledgeable and so helpful. Will use Llama again & definitely recommend if you want fuss free travel.

Had a magnificent holiday in Peru this year! Llama Travel were brilliant. Absolutely everything went to plan. Flew to Lima and stayed in a brilliant hotel Casa Andina. Lovely room, exceptional food great service too. Had a day in Lima then flew to Cusco everything was organised to perfection. Had free time on Cusco such a lively/energetic and friendly city. Did Machu Picchu, Ollytambo and other tours all so brilliantly organised. Returned to Lima to fly home with another chance to investigate the city. Meals were brilliant, transport was well organised, hotels were brilliant with lovely staff...…. could not fault the holiday. THANK YOU Llama Travel for an absolutely brilliant experience. From first to last a truly first class experience. All of the staff that I dealt with over many months were so professional, knowledgeable, patient and so helpful. Response times were always very quick. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The holiday itself was faultless in its organisation at every stage. The representatives and guides in Costa Rica were all outstanding. Importantly too, terrific value for money.
I can not recommend Llama highly enough and would have absolutely no hesitation booking with them again. 100% delighted and satisfied. A wonderful holiday in a beautiful country.

Absolutely brilliant tour operator who allowed us the holiday of a lifetime. Other than remembering to pack and turn up at Manchester airport with our passports, everything else was taken care of. We did the extended Delta safari taking in Cape town and Zimbabwe. Couldn't fault anything about this trip and llama travel had everything sorted out for us. Can't recommend highly enough

Just on our tour to Jordan, and I am so glad we did not cancel our trip. It's been simply fantastic. If like me you you were unsure about travelling due to everything going on in the surrounding countries, then I would say do not cancel as you won't be disappointed.

Costa Rica with Ilama travel was a great experience. Travelling with my 7 year old son and husband and everything went to plan. Great itinerary to see alot of the highlights of the country. Collection from the airport and transfers all on time and in nice a/c vans or buses. Problems that occurred while there were quickly resolved. Eg our bus got a puncture on the way to the boat transfer to torteguero but it was mended and we were back on track with in the hour! Hotels were nice and a good standard, I particularly enjoyed Arenal Manoa in La Fortuna and Parador in Manuel Anonio. The recommended day trips were generally good but we did organise some alternative ones to fit with our family requirements. Would definitely book through Ilama travel again

Unfortunately our trip to Peru was cancelled due to Covid19. We therefore were unable to experience the quality of the tour itself. However, Llama Travel provided a relatively prompt full refund while sorting out all of the local bookings at their end. Given how other travel companies have been handling this situation, Llama Travel are to be commended and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a quality travel operator.

From the moment we booked our trip to Peru we had an excellent, friendly and helpful service from LLama Travel. Everything was handled in an extremely efficient way and gave us great confidence travelling to a new part of the world for us.
This service continued throughout our trip with local staff Condor Travel.
With three internal flights and various tours , it all went like clockwork.
We have nothing but praise for all staff that we encountered and would have no hesitation in recommending Llama Travel and using them next time we venture to one of their destinations.
