I was visiting my friend in Thetford and needed to go to Sainsbury’s. I was able to do a wait and return, I had a very patient and helpful driver even when the store had many mishaps with my pick up order. I wish I could remember his name, but my trip was on 27/1/2025. I ran into him at the train station the next afternoon and he helped me make sure I was on the right platform. Excellent service and very helpful.

I would just like to say what a great service we received last night, we ordered the taxi for 5 45 and 9.30.
Can I say what a really pleasant driver he was, the same driver for both trips, conversation was great and he was so polite.
I'll definitely use this taxi service again when we're back in town.

After being stranded at midnight by A2B, LJs picked us up. The driver was a lovely gentleman. Took us straight to our hotel and didn't overcharge given the time of night. Would highly recommend.

I booked LJ Taxis for an event in Thetford. I called and booked on the 10th October for a pick up on 1st November. pick up 6pm to Bell Hotel and return pickup at midnight. I was told all booked and in the diary. I called on the morning of the 1st November just to confirm. I was told nothin in the diary! but they could still do the 6pm pickup but the return would have to be 11pm. pick up was on time but I called again that evening to make sure the 11pm was still ok. the driver answered and said he was told to pick up at 10:40 and if we were not outside to just drive off!!!
terrible service will never use again and certainly not recommend to anyone. have to give one star as you cannot leave zero!

Make sure your taxi driver knows where he’s going. Mine didn’t. When I corrected him he said he was told it was that way. He had a perfectly good GPS screen in the car and didn’t use it. Won’t be using again.
