We hired a 33 seater coach as a shuttle for our wedding and everything went perfectly. The office staff were very helpful and making the booking was pleasingly straightforward. On the day the coach was perfectly on time and the driver was friendly. He was especially good with our slightly crotchety older relatives, one of whom insisted on having the air blower adjusted multiple times and the other of whom was very sure we were going the wrong way (we weren't). It very much took the stress out of the day. A good experience, would recommend.

The company was booked to provide a shuttle service to and from Donington Park for an event. The driver had absolutely no interest in providing a decent service and was downright obnoxious. We waited an hour to get to the park (a five minute journey), we decided we would have to leave the park early if we had any hope of getting back to the hotel. The coach, which was full, sat on the car park for half an hour before setting off, the driver claiming he wasn't within tachograph hours. This has to be the most abysmal coach service I've ever been on. The company is meant to be providing a shuttle service for tomorrow however the majority of us are planning to find alternate means of transport.

What a pleasure to travel on the 143 & 144 bus service after the last contractors were to say the least UNRELIABLE.The buses are ONTIME, Clean, Warm & the drivers are polite including Little Kev who is a good laugh.
Please keep up the good work, as I think I can speak for most of the customers the service is GREAT.

I belong to a walking group called The Bridge Strollers. We use Little travel once a month for our bus walks , and our members agree that this is the best company we have used in the 11 years we have been going . The buses are always on time and spotless plus the drivers are not only courteous but very safe drivers . We have used Little Travel now for nearly 2 years traveling both locally and further afield on our trips and as the group organiser I would thoroughly recommend them to any other group organisers Roger Staines

Got us to the destination, but 30 min late . day 1, 645 departure time ,did not turn up 715 reult it was stressing many out on the bus of 50 passangers no appolagys or explanations. day 2 20 mins late same no appolagies .guess day 3 will no dought be the same.bus is tatty, not clean, parts missing,defiantly seen better days . Pick ups were on time .overall did the job despite being late but far from expected service service from a not very professional
