Had a perfect stay at St Cuthbert's cottage in the heart of Seahouses. The property was perfect for the 2 of us and our favourite child, Ted the Labrador! Very comfortable and location was perfect for a wander round the harbour and a quick lunch or drink in the Black Swan or Schooner Inn. Would recommend very highly and will return again next year 😍😍😍

Cozy & homely cottage in the perfect location.
Comfy beds, fluffy towels and a nice little welcome pack including tea, coffee and bickies. (There was also a mini milk in the fridge & doggy treats.)

Only minutes walk from pier & small sandy beach, a supermarket, and coffee shop.
Very convenient with a nearly 4 year old and 8 month old.

The perfect (just outside of season) Easter break with our little family.
We can’t wait to visit again.

We've just returned from a really lovely week at Tern Cottage. Beautiful little place, clean and with personal touches - treats for the pup, and a welcome tray of tea, coffee and jam. The beds are so comfy, we didn't want to get up in the mornings! Absolutely perfect location - within easy walking distance of all the pubs and shops, and a gorgeous harbour view. Really appreciated the free logs and we made good use of the wood burner. We were a little concerned about EV charging facilities nearby, but the ones on the main car park were fairly reliable and available, even though it was Easter. Would highly recommend Insieme, the Italian restaurant in Seahouses. Beautiful food and friendly service. We also loved our trips to Lindisfarne and Warkworth. Thanks Rachel & Rob, I'm sure we'll be back 🙂

Fantastic cottage! Just spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. Very cosy with everything you could need. Lovely furnishings and incredibly comfortable beds. Great location for pubs, cafes, shops and harbour. Highly recommend Seahouses Cafe for breakfast/lunch. The cakes are amazing and made on site. Easy cottage to find and great that there's off road parking as well. Great communication with Rachel who answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this cottage and Little Hideaways. Thank you

We had the most magical time staying at cottage Guillemot last week. The place is just perfect, very much a home from home. We ate at the Potted Lobster, drank beers in the local pub and enjoyed the most unbelievable beaches. Can't recommend enough. If you're looking for a cosy staycation, look no more.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Guillemot cottage, Seahouses.The accomodation was comfortable, spacious and perfectly located for a short walk to the harbour, headland or a visit to the shops. The local beaches are stunning and steeped in history with plenty of castles to visit and walks are plenty along the coastline. We will be back next year. Thank you to Rachel and Rob for another fantastic stay.

Staying at Swallows Rest has been the perfect location to enjoy the delights that Northumberland has to offer. We were blessed with some incredible autumn sunshine and spent time exploring the coast as well as doing some beautiful walks in the local area. Jane and Andrew were the perfect hosts being friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Swallows Rest is warm, cosy and has the most amazing views of the stunning local countryside. A true venue to get a change of pace in life and appreciate the natural world. We especially enjoyed some day trips to the Northumberland coast and also our time in Alnwick. Would really recommend to anyone who appreciate the natural world and the countryside - we will most definitely be back! 🙂

A lovely cottage in a wonderful part of the world. I stayed in Tern cottage for a week, perfect location, very clean and beautifully furnished. It's clear that every detail has been considered throughout from warming toes on the log burner to a little courtyard for BBQ's, comfortable beds, hot showers, modern furnishings and friendly owners who took every care to ensure the stay was perfect. The stay really couldn't have been better, incredibly comfortable and with everything you could possibly need. Location wise you have beautiful beaches and walks right on the doorstep, the farne island boats go from just outside the cottage. Couldn't recommend Little Hideaways highly enough, will certainly be back!
