This vacation home rental agency offers huge cottages with everything you could possibly need, so well equipped. The swimspa is fab, and the games room is really fun, different options for everyone. Make sure you bring 2p, 10p and £1 as not everything is free. No shops nearby, so bring everything you need. Sadie was a lovely host. Would definitely recommend.

10 of us with ages ranging from 2 to 77 stopped here for 3 nights. The cottage is huge with everything you could possibly need, so well equipped. The swimspa is fab, we were lucky with the weather so sat outside a lot. The games room is really fun, different options for everyone. Make sure you bring 2p, 10p and £1 as not everything is free. No shops nearby so bring everything you need. Sadie was a lovely host. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing time at this property, 6 adults, 3 kids and twin babies. The swim spa everyone loved and the games room. Kids didn’t want to leave. Everything you need for your stay. Very clean and comfortable. Loved it. Host amazing left some items not sure how and she posted them out to me thanks again. Would definitely recommend

An awesome cottage where wonderful memories were created. Booked for a holiday with extended family and it did not disappoint.Swim spa was fantastic for kids and adults alike, hours of fun. Games room kept everyone entertained especially during the rainy days. Kitchen was large and well equipped, made cooking for a large group very easy. The amount of space of the overall property was amazing! Finally, Sadie was was very helpful and assisted when needed. Thank you!

Sandy Lodge is located perfectly for closeness to amenities (shops and arcades in our case!)
The lodge is wonderfully clean, provides all the things you could need for a home from home (washing machine was a game changer for me, leaving with clean clothes you can just put away rather than a pile when you get home, amazing!)
Parking for 2 cars was ideal for us, the garden was lovely for the kids to go and play in, plenty of room to cartwheel 😂
Another great thing for us was the fans, makes it so much easier not having to bring them with us.
Perfect place to head to the beach which is just at the end of the little bridleway a 2 minute walk away,
Oh and the shower is amazing!

Mrs cooper and family: Stay at The Paddock.
A hidden gem five star location to stay at.
Initially sent accurate sat nav information making finding the location easy and access to the property easy to carry out.
On arrival property was in fantastic condition and cleaned to a high standard.
A lovely welcome package left for our arrival.
Great amenities and everything you could need in a location.
Loved using the games room, hot tub and bbq. Easy access to television with all the channels and apps required.
My dog had a lovely time with the amount of field area available and settled in the house straight away. Saw a lovely family of rabbits at the bottom of the field.
Found a lovely village / town nearby called Alford - recommend the golden delight Chinese and pizza place tasty food at a reasonable price. Friendly people.
Loved skegness beach with all the rides, boat drive ride, arcades, fish and chips and classic Mr whippy ice creams.
Had a lovely time reconnecting with the family. We are returning next year without a second thought 😁

Arrived here for a long weekend family celebration and was not disappointed. Lovely welcome pack from the owners and pre stocked with lots of little bits. The arcade room and swinspa were fantastic and kept everyone of different ages entertained. Location is very quiet but near enough to shops and the beach front. Beds were comfy and plenty of showers / en suites for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here as a family 7 adults and 5 kids. Loads of space for everyone both inside and out. The amusement room is a great touch along with the bicycles and toys. Made good use of the hot tub. Would book again and recommend, many thanks for a great stay.

It was a lovely house in a lovely location. The facilities at the house were great. In particular the games room and swim spa. However, i have never seen so many flies inside a property in my life. There were literally hundreds of flies in the house - they were everywhere, in every room, even in the shower. This made eating and relaxing very difficult. Drinks had to be thrown away. If you didn't cover food and drink immediately, it would be covered in flies. Also, when it rained, the roof leaked in the games room and we weren't able to use it fully as a result. I wouldn't stay here again mainly due to the infestation of flies.
