Firstly well done and many thanks to Chloe. Unsure of what and where we wanted after a few questions and insights to what was on offer we Booked a week in crete, 5 star all inclusive at a great price. It wasn't even any trouble when disclosing medical equipment that needed to go with us. Helped all the way through with paperwork that was required and saved a fortune on travel insurance at the highest level.

Slow to respond, send emails from addresses that are not monitored when staff take time off so you miss out on flight purchases. Go in to branch to book but don't try and phone or email. Much cheaper online deals. Co-op quoted 1400 but I found better flights online for 900.

Awesome, booked a cruise. They matched the best online price we found but with the face to face personal touch. Listened to what we wanted and gave plenty of options. Recommended. We will be back as a customer again in the future.

Stella the sales assistant was very helpful in picking us a 3rd cruise due to the coronavirus, but has far has p&o cruises very naughty for not telling travel agency about selling the cruise ship oceano.
