The first all you need to park beside Lidl and go walking to book machine inside building to do appointment and go to officcer to get the cais number, you unloading by yourself, you can get the pallet the same place unloading, fast CMR, that's all.

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the way this company operates. The treatment of drivers is absolutely unacceptable and borders on exploitation.

Drivers are constantly pushed to their limits, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for proper rest or legal working hours.

The official working time reported is consistently inaccurate — for example, a task that takes nearly 7 hours is logged as only 3 hours and 48 minutes.

Mileage is frequently underreported. This is not just a mistake — it feels deliberate.

Safety is clearly not a priority. Many of the PPT trucks are in poor condition and not safe for use.

The planning team shows no respect or concern for drivers. Their communication is often unprofessional and disrespectful.

This company clearly does not care about its drivers or their well-being. The current practices are not only unethical, but potentially illegal and dangerous. Something needs to change.

Goods in staff very unprofessional. Bad attitude and eating whilst handling paperwork. Told me to go back to warehouse because they couldn’t recognise their colleague signature whilst they were a phone call away. Made fun out of me . Disrespectful individuals🤮🤮🤮

No wonder nobody wants to drive trucks anymore, what an absolute shower at this place, it’s a shame that the people who introduce these systems of booking in don’t have to use them there selves, good job it never rains here in the uk. Being doing this job now for 35 years now, and this place really does want to make me consider my future in this industry.

I deliver to most of the Lidl sites daily this has to be the worst one , made to wait to hand paperwork in at goods in office after booking in at the machine for half hour then allocated a bay ! no dramas self tip as normal then 3 hour wait for paperwork !! Manager of this depot needs to have a look how other depots work in the Lidl group they are far far more efficient then this one !! more training required for staff on this occasion I think

Nightmare for drivers, registration for unload over 45 min, one screen for registration and all time queue… waste of our time

Goods in let this place down.
Allocated to bay and unloaded with no issues , then long wait of three hours for Lidl personnel to check goods and return paperwork. Go paperless if you can't handle it.

Absolutely the worst rdc I’ve ever been to the goods in office staff on arrival have a seriously big chip on their shoulders and really need to talk to people with respect.
