The place in general is beautiful with lovely surroundings and zero traffic noise, the lodge was very clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. The hot tub is a lovely touch and although we had neighbours they couldn't be seen and barely heard, it was lovely to sit out on the balcony on an evening listening to others enjoying their holidays making use of the outdoor facilities. Only a short drive into perranporth but we did enjoy the walk there a couple times taking in the nice scenery along the way and it was a pleasant walk. The staff on site were always happy to help with anything needed straight away and always stopped to say hello when passing, very polite, contact information was given for when reception was closed and the welcome pack explained everything you needed to know on arrival and for departure. It was in a whole a very delightful stay and will definately be returning 🙂

Smashing place, so quiet & peaceful.|We stayed in one of the tree houses for a week. It was clean, tidy & nicely laid out. Large dining area. Downstairs toilet, Kitchen with large fridge freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine & full cooker. Iron & ironing board & plenty of crockery & utensils to cook a full.meal. The lounge had a 2 seater sofa & an arm chair (sofa was comfortable not so much the arm chair) & a wall mounted tv with patios doors out onto the decking where the hot tub was situated. Upstairs had 2 good size double rooms with wardrobes, wall mounted TV's (bed was comfortable from a spinal arthritis sufferer) both with ensuite shower rooms & heated towel rails & plenty of towels supplied. The master having a balcony with table & chairs. We were supplied with a selection of local teas & coffees as well as a starter cleaning pack. Negatives if any. |The decking is aged & needs treating or replacing in parts. The drawers in the bedrooms are tiny. Downstairs could do with coat hooks as the Cornish weather can be unpredictable. We couldn't use the hot tub on our first day as it can take up to 16 hours to warm up (but that's not the end of the world). It's a reasonably steep walk up to the lodge carrying stuff & finally the lane up from Perranporth is extremely narrow in parts & has no street lights so common sense needs to be used. This put us off a Little going/staying out later. Is approximately a mile and half back into Perranporth. Overall we had an excellent stay. The staff were nice & polite as were the other guests we encountered. If you love piece & quiet & aren't fussed about a bar/club or other facilities on site then this is for you. I'd 100% stay again as it's an excellent place to stay to explore

We stayed in Leycroft house for a 30th birthday and it was so big and absolutely beautiful! Stunning location, beautiful views, loads of room in the house for 10 guests, would highly recommend. There was great communication with the company and they could not do enough for you to ensure you had a great stay!

Took advantage of a 2 night break in Morva Spa (Pet) 2.0|Lovely clean spacious 2 bedroom lodge with conservatory and hot tub.|Totally happy with the standard of the accommodation. Bathrooms looked 'as new'.|Quality bedroom furniture.|Great to leave the car for a day and go off exploring.|Walk into Perranporth is a good 35 minutes.

Me , partner and dog stayed in a lovely lodge with a hot tub for 4 nights , lodge was clean , had eveything you needed cooker , fridge , dishwasher . Hot tub was checked everyday and topped with chlorine if needed . | narrow roads to get to the park but easy to find once you have driven it couple times , |Only downfall was sat nav / phone signals are terrible .

We arrived around 7pm on the Friday evening so we weren’t surprised to find the reception shut but lodge was easily accessible for us. Lodge itself is very basic but had everything we needed, towels were nice and big and soft and the how tub was already warm and ready to go. Unfortunately that’s where our positive experience ended for us:||A member of our family put their foot through the utterly rotten decking and very nearly tumbled off the edge as the railing was then extremely unstable. This left us with a huge hole in the decking and the family member with a swollen ankle and nasty graze. We were lucky it wasn’t our 3 year old who did this. When we witnessed maintenance looking at it as we left he took some of it apart and it was clear the whole side of decking was rotten and extremely unsafe. ||We had a short power cut whilst on site however there was no staff around on site to assist us. ||The fire extinguisher was out of date by 2 years, the shower leaked and instead of oven gloves they’d provided us with a fire blanket!

We stayed here middle of May 2025,
It was me, my Fiance and our fur baby Charlie.
Our stay was Amazing, it was like our own slice of paradise, we had a covered hot tub which was brilliant for rainy hot tub days, in the 7 days there I only had one day not in the tub and that was only because we spent a full day in NewKey but peronporth was so close it didn't feel like a mission so we had lots of time to also enjoy the tub.
Ours was only a 1bed but the space was great the kitchen and lounge was one room but big enough not to notice, and the laminate floor was ideal to play with Charlie. My fiance was so impressed with the cleanliness of the whole cabin, and the bed was very comfy.
Although the cabins are quite compact, as in, when you look out of a window you will see them and be about 10mtrs away from them, but because they are on stilts and May was quite quiet I hardly ever noticed anyone and when I did walking Charlie they are high above my head so privacy is a brilliant bonus here.
The grounds are cute but there are no actual big walks to go on, but drive in any direction and the beach walks more than make up for that.
We had 1 little technical issue with our boiler but the amazing staff were on the scene in less than 30mins and that was out of hours, and the next day all issues resolved and the Manager Jo could not do enough to keep our holiday on track.
My Fiance even surprised me with the news we would be returning next year! She does not go back to any place preferring to see new sights yet she was looking at me hopeful and how could I refuse this was my favourite holiday by far. 💙

We booked this lodge very last minute from Saturday to Monday and overall it was fabulous.||We hade a Croft lodge (009) and it was perfect for the two of us. ||Location wise it was perfect, only a short drive to Perranporth. The lodge had everything we needed for the weekend and the hot tub was a bonus (although quite small for 2). ||I would say though that the only negative was that bedroom was very close to the adjacent hot tub and we could hear this most of the night but all in all we had a very good stay and would have no hesitation of booking again.
