Stayed with a friend for 3 nights to go to the Harry Potter studio tour. This was a perfectly located hotel near Watford Junction for catching the shuttle bus. Very nice room with really comfortable beds and a lovely cosy duvet. We have a double bed and a single. Only slight problem was we had was not getting our room cleaned until late in the day so we had to reuse dirty cups for hot drinks. My friend ran his fingers along the tops of the pictures in our room (340) and they were thick in dust ! Maybe need to do some in depth cleaning of the rooms ! Room otherwise very clean. Good breakfast but not many staff about. There was a buffet breakfast and there was a small menu for things like poached eggs but could never see anyone to order from. A bit slow in replenishing the buffet items. I wanted a fried egg on the last day but man in front of me got the last one and I waited a good while but no more came out and it was a good half an hour until service was over. Decent selection of pastries and cereal etc so plenty to eat. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had hot drinks in the lounge one evening. Nice area with comfortable chairs. Would definitely stay in a Leonardo hotel again. Very good on the whole and the beds are worth the stay

From the front door and throughout our stay the staff/team at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Anything we needed whether that was information or things for the room, this proved no problem at all for the Leonardo hotel staff. The restaurant/food was prepared really really well, and was fantastic on both days. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thank you all at Leonardo Watford hotel.

Quick check in and easy to find hotel from Watford Junction, 10 mins walk. Spacious and clean room, we had a single and double bed room. Stayed here to go to a concert in Wembley, easy to get to from Watford Underground, 30 mins on the Met line. Even arriving late back, staff were at reception. Beds were nice and comfy, plenty of pillows too. ||Check in/out can be done online. Paid an extra £20 for early check in from 2pm when arrived at the hotel. ||Bathroom could do with an upgrade but worked perfectly fine.| Would stay here again

Exceptional staff and location and one of the only hotels in the area that really do offer air conditioning in your room (for that occasional heat wave or if you're like me and just need the cold to sleep). The breakfast buffet included a very good selection of alternatives for those with food allergies. Room was clean and bed comfy. I prefer an additional top sheet under the duvet and that is not offered here.

All of the staff was exceptional and very professional. The location was the perfect walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions and rail stop.

The rooms were very quiet and I didn't hear much noise from other guests except the loud door slamming. I'd suggest looking into swapping out the door closing mechanisms in your next remodel as I've stayed at other hotels that have taken care of this common issue, so I know it's possible to remedy. Similarly, consider adding universal electrical charging outlets that other hotels offer.

The breakfast buffet seemed chaotic at times for one hostess to manage during peak rush hour. It would be relatively easy to determine the average peak times for each day and then ensure there is a backup to check everyone in who prepaid so somebody else can take care of those paying with the hostess.

This hotel was the first I've ever been to in 40 years of traveling internationally that didn't offer smaller hand size washcloths (~ 9" x 9"). When I checked with reception, they said there were no options. I would suggest adding these to your laundry list to offer to guests.

What a fantastic hotel!|I took my 14 year old daughter for a summer holiday break for 2 nights.|As a seasoned disabled traveller, I found the hotel easy to get around. The room was spacious, beds sooo comfy ,the food fantastic, best breakfast I've seen in a long time and evening meal was divine. The hotel is spotless and give es the feeling of luxury at such an affordable price |As for the staff, from checking in to being served, they were all incredibly accommodating offering help when they saw I may struggle without being patronising but showed genuine care . My daughter and I had a fabulous time, Watford has so much to offer, the variety of eating venues and shops were brilliant and it was so easy to get into London with the train station a few minutes away . Definitely go back on our next trip to London.

I have just had a weekend stay at your lovely hotel. This will be about the 3rd time that we have stayed here and it is amazing every time. The rooms are spotless and the staff are amazing, particularly the lady with long blonde hair who works on the bar during the afternoon/ evening and Matthew, the very friendly faced gentleman who works in the restaurant during breakfast/ afternoon. They are both beyond amazing and are a true credit to your hotel. 😊

Lovely hotel. Me my wife, and my child stayed here. The beds are very comfy, and the room was amazing—very spacious with lovely air conditioning. We had a breakfast included , which was fantastic. We will be staying again

Wow, what a hotel never stopped here before but will definitely be back.
Arrived one hour early my room was available So the very helpful young lady booked me in even gave me two complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch had not booked breakfast, but she offered me it and Price was very reasonable
Went to my room to unpack lovely spacious room with air conditioning decided to go use the vouchers and have a drink
The barman was called Matthew(Matt) Fantastic guy, great personality very efficient very professional,he Tell me to go sit down and he will bring the drink to our table What a credit to this establishment,
The manager who is hiring at The hotel is doing a great job everybody’s so polite so professional so engaging nothing was too much trouble
The hotel so clean, All the staff are well presented
Matthew guided me around the Buffy breakfast in the morning
Really did have a great stay just wish it was longer
