We called the Pharmacy to book our travel vaccines and within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail Shin called us back and thoroughly talked through everything we needed. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days of the phone call and everything that we needed was in stock and competitively priced.
Shin was thorough, professional and cared about putting us at ease and keeping us informed. Will be back for all future vaccines.

I visited Shin at his travel clinic last minute before a trip when other clinics let me down. His prices were fair and he is the loveliest person! He was really patient when I arrived late due to traffic and was kind to fit me in amongst later appointments. The process was quick and comfortable and I felt safe and confident in his capabilities. Communication was 10/10 🙂 Couldn’t recommend more! The other members of the team in the pharmacy also seemed very lovely!

Absolutely fantastic service from Shin!!! I needed some last minute jabs for a holiday to Egypt. He was extremely quick to respond, very helpful and attentive, and went out of his way to deliver my vaccinations the following day. 100% recommend to anyone
