We approached a few different estate agents around Nottingham and Derby trying to find a new home to rent at short notice, and viewed about 8-11 properties in a very short space of time.

Leaders in Long Eaton have been incredibly helpful, particularly C.J. who, upon me booking a viewing for one particular property also recommended that we book another viewing for a house which was less than 5 minutes away.

We're incredibly glad we took him up on this offer, because as soon as we saw the property we knew we had to put in an application, and we'll be moving in shortly!

Leaders have been great throughout what's always going to be a stressful time, and having an online portal for tenants and applicants is really helpful too, as it's easy to login and glance at what's what.

Leaders in my opinion are the best estate agents around, nothing is to much trouble, great communication ect,all the team i have met or spoken to are really great,but one stands out the most and that is Lucy,an absolute diamond of an agent,i personally always ask for her as she goes above and beyond to help my family out when matters arise in the tenancy agreement

The road was difficult to travel especially the portals, But the Long Eaton Leaders team were very supportive in helping us how to go through the process and filling the forms. We are both not computer literates but we were able to fill the forms.

We still have problems in contacting our Manager by phone. The email is okay but there are times when we need to talk direct. If it is possible we be given her direct phone. The system on how to contact her, is so confusing we end up just leaving it without success.
Can something be done about this.
