Amazing service when I needed for someone else to be picked up with very short notice. Over in the IOW for an operation for my daughter. Arranged pick up from the ferry terminal - arrived late evening and called taxi 2 hours in advance. They were 15 mins late. Excuse about puncture. I thought I would give them a second chance and booked from hospital to go back to boat, this time we had to make the boat. Phoned up 2 mins before arranged pick up time and driver hadn’t yet been allocated the job! Completely stuck as no other taxis - waited another 15 mins and missed boat. Had to wait another hour for the boat. If you book your taxi for 20 mins before you need it then this company would work for you.

Had the most lovely experience with cabs to and from the festival. We had Emma driving us more than once and she is so experienced and knowledgable about the island. It feels wonderful to have a female taxi driver too - feels very safe and just lovely chat. She was just lovely!!!

Can’t speak highly enough of this company and their drivers. Highly professional, reliable, punctual calm and friendly. We have twice used leader cabs for our airport runs from and to the island. They were our saviours on both occasions. My family had a flight to Bangkok with the taxi booked for the morning red funnel ferry. We awoke to realise the ferries for that day were all cancelled. Leader cabs quickly rearranged an alternative crossing with wightlink and got us to Heathrow with plenty of time at no additional cost. On our return to the uk our baby seat was lost somewhere at Heathrow which delayed us by two hours and made a stressful situation our driver calmed us down and patiently waited for us in arrivals and was a true gentleman. He safely got us home for the last ferry and we made it home in the early hours of the morning. For peace of mind I will be using leader cabs for all of our future airports runs as the transport links are very unreliable these days. Really excellent experience and very grateful for their service. Thank you so much!
