My daughter had her wedding here. Booked in the night before, bar a decent size and the food was different and very varied menu….. outstanding! We were booked into the bridal cottage which was spacious but the negatives are, the lighting is terrible, it’s so dim you can’t barely see. There is hardly any hooks to hang bridesmaid/flower girl dresses so had to Italian doors and cupboards. Fridge was tiny and not very cold. Only 3 glasses and small bottles of water. Had to nip to the bar to get glasses. One of the sinks didn’t drain. |Positives, very spacious, giant mirror for hair/makeup. Big table. Breakfast was delivered, fantastic selection to pick from and tonnes of food. Staff are lovely and nothing is an issue. Beds are super comfortable. Decent array of coffee, tea, hot chocolate with luxury chocolate and biscuits. Irons, ironing board are provided but no steamer (I took my own) |Wedding…… perfect in every single way, food is exceptional and lots of it, you do not go hungry like some weddings. Wedding staff are brilliant and rang so smoothly. Grounds are smoky beautiful and fire pits on all the time. |Bedrooms are beautiful!|Breakfast in the Percy…. Hmmm had to wait 1hr45 for half my breakfast to arrive then the eggs arrived 40 mins after. Breakfast staff asked repeatedly but didn’t seem bothered that our food was sat cold for 40mins waiting for the eggs to arrive. Didn’t even apologise or explain why it was as taking so long which delayed check out. By the time we were moving all our stuff out the next wedding party was arriving. So 4 star because of this.

The room was lovely. Very comfy bed and nice, fancy bathroom. The gardens and surroundings are beautiful and lovely to have a drink in. We were lucky with the weather. |The restaurant was average and very expensive. Also full of dogs! Which I have a bit of an allergy to.

Married my husband here and it was perfection. Stayed the night before the wedding and had a meal, walked the grounds and generally made the most of the beautiful venue and location which were all fab! The staff during the evening before and the wedding day were absolutely brilliant, couldn't have asked for more. The food is delicious, the entire place is gorgeous, and I would get married here all over again! The rooms are comfortable, clean and have character.

We came to the chateau for my daughter’s wedding, and from the moment we arrived the day before to the end of the night of the wedding day we were looked after by your incredible staff, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The wedding day was perfect, stress less and a beautiful place to be, even the weather was perfect. Thank you so so much to all involved in the wedding celebration, I will certainly recommend the chateau as a venue

Beautiful place, really lovely accommodation with a very comfy bed. The gardens were stunning, and so peaceful to sit and have a drink in. A fabulous find in a fantastic location. Service was really friendly and staff were all very helpful.

We were there for a wedding. It went off beautifully. Every contingency was covered. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It catered for disabled people with accessible rooms that weren't too far from the events taking place. So no long trudge to get there. The room was comfortable and very clean. Even had green teas and Earl Grey in the room! The food was outstanding and covered all dietary needs, not with just a piece of limp lettuce and a bit of cheese. Great variety. Highly recommend.

A beautiful little birthday getaway in May. We arrived to a warm welcome from The always smiling Annie which was a great start and she was so helpful and helped carry our bags to our beautiful suite.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom and a nice balcony area for sunbathing.

We went for late lunch and had various nibbles in the gardens by the fountain in beautiful sunshine 🌞 the food is very well put together flavour wise and also presented beautifully and priced well for the standard you get.

After lazing in the sunshine and exploring the gardens we had drinks and finally went for dinner again 10/10 for presentation, taste and value. We asked the Bar man Marcus if he could make us cocktails not on the menu and he hopped straight to it with great enthusiasm he was very friendly and nothing was too much to ask for him.

After a good night's sleep we had a light breakfast ( also good and lots of options available ) then went for a wedding tour with the wonderful Amy who was so friendly and professional and gave us all the information we needed. The wedding venue is absolutely exquisite and we are certainly considering having our wedding at this beautiful venue.

All in all a firm 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Chateau. Beautiful room (3) but was surprised at there being no fridge or a box of tissues. Also could have done with brighter light over the bathroom mirror for make-up purposes. |Staff throughout were wonderful, very caring and respectful
