I need fill in a document before I take my ENG1 test. The documents are locked so I can't open. I am told I will lose the fee that I have paid and the test will not be done if I arrive having not filled out the form... that I cannot open. Spent a whole evening on it.

Edited to add: okay, thanks. Good to know re arriving early. Better than losing hours.

I have been coming to OH Services for my ENG1 since 2013 and the service they provide is great and keeps getting better. From the booking process to the medical examination everything went very smoothly. I would like to thank Claire in particular for the extra detail given to the blood pressure readings, and also to Dr Clayton for correcting my technique for the colour blind test allowing me to successfully pass it. waste of time going for PCR test at £220, did the test Tuesday results came back Saturday, so missed my flight, do not use them for this service.my advice is to go to a city and get it done on the day for £95 with results, to many private health care centres making money out of this and holding no responsibility if you don't get results, BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A LATE APPOINTMENT what a joke
