Always have issues with delivery! This driver said he couldn't get any closer to the curb to use the tail lift so he just left a pallet load of food in the middle of the road! Completely unprofessional!
When I've called the office to complain, they take NO interest and just say it isn't the drivers job to do anything other than turn up! They claim to be a refrigerated courier who will obviously transport food, how can they just dump it in the middle of the road and drive off! Would never recommend using this company!
Even when scheduling the delivery, I specifically asked if the driver would have a pallet truck but this genius said it couldn't be done without the electric forklift......

For 4 weeks now this company could not get a delivery right and on three occasions have just not arrived. They to big to care and have zero customer service. Stay away from them if you don’t want to loose money.

Seems ok in/out within the hour,if your going to be late ring them in advance they are accommodating,that's a word of advice!!
